The janitor was mopping the floor leading to the entrance as I entered Petsmart. He had an expressionless face & directed me by pointing to the dry area to avoid stepping on the wet floor. Mopping the front entrance floor. What do u expect customers to do? Hop over the wet floor? Isn’t keeping the floor clean part of your job? Thanks janitor, I won’t be buying from this location going forward. I’ll drive a little further to petco.

It's a nice place, but my Yodie doesn't like any of those places 😕! I believe he had bad experience as a baby and has never left his memory.

I have been taking Chile (my dog) to pet smart to get he’s bath and grooming since he was a puppy. And they have always treated him very good. I strongly recommend them. Sarah is a great groomer. And I have had some others that are great. And yes I’ve had a few bumps in the road but they have made it up with the great employees they have. Thank you guys.

I like the way its setup with the ability to see the fish and cats etc its a decent petshop/pet supply store. Always a bit high priced but still a good spot

Friendly and attentive staff. Ive been there 5 times now & have always been greeted on entry and asked for any help i mite need. I think the place is brand new cuz i dont remember it ever being there in the past. Happy to support a new shop on the block. I used to support the small shop up the street from my house on springs road, but the owner lady was so rude to me and disrespectful i decided never to shop there again. Which is too bad cuz i generally support only mom & pop shops

It's a fairly big store and they have quite a few things. They do have some stock issues but not as much as some of the other places. Store is very clean and stuff is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

Went in to buy food for my dog first time shopping there and it was very clean very organized I found what I was looking for very quick also nice to have another pet store 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Please please please do not take your dog to this establishment to be groomed. When I took my dog there to get groomed today, I was being charged an extra $10 fee in case my dog was unruly or might bite. I explained to them that he doesn't like his feet touched and that they might have to use a muzzle on him. The girl at the front desk told me if he was fine they wouldn't charge me the extra fee. He was only there for one hour and they called and told me he was ready even though when I dropped him off I was told it would be 2 to 3 hours. When I got there I asked the groomer how did he do. She stated he was fine so I said then you will remove the extra fee. In the meantime a male groomer came out and stated that the extra fee was for the muzzle. This was never told to me when I booked the appointment. I told them my other groomer never has a problem with my dog and their comment was "then why didn't you take him there?" Not professional what so ever!!! I find them both very rude.

Lady working cashier right now is a racist. She greeted all the yt ppl w a welcome in, but noticed she didn't say it to me and we made eye contact. The look on her face is definitely not welcoming to me.Yep. I won't be buying from there again. Why they got someone like her working the front?

They called 24 hours before my dogs appointment for grooming to confirm we were still coming, which I did. The following morning they call and say the groomer called out and won't be able to service me until Wednesday. Just see this as unprofessional and feel they should always have back up groomers just incase of this type of situation . Will just look at other locations from here on out.

Rachael took good care of my Ftenchie today. Besides me getting mixed up, going to Petco instead of PetSmart, making later than I already was, Rachael was kind, patient, and helpful. She offered me a great deal with their Summer special and ultimately fixed up my handsome grandpooch to look like somebody loves him. My son, the primary caretaker, wants to look like a hippie and his dog the same. SMH Thank goodness for this appointment!
