Friendly staff, but the shelves are always missing half the items and the poor cats are kept in tiny boxes 24/7. The person running the adoptions is also never in store.

I was unable to use my “loaded” credits to purchase a “gift card.” As premium member I earn $15.00 every month. Unfortunately, this benefit expires rather quickly. This forces me to make purchases I don’t necessarily want/need at that time. I want to be able to accumulate these rewards and use them at my leisure.

The service was excellent. Professional, courteous staff. But their system was down and I couldn’t use my reward points towards my purchase. That was disappointing.

I was able to find what I needed easily and the store seemed more organized and stocked fully. I was able to maneuver a cart around without difficulty. This has been an issue in the past but I had no problems yesterday. I should note that I have mobility issues and it was nice that everything was accessible this time. I was in and out in a jiffy.

The manager Chris at this location is very rude. My wife & I spent $100 and card did not work, was told by checker there was atm accross the street. Asked my wife to wait so they would not re-stock all the stuff we picked out and checker said don't worry, I won't put it back. I asked again to please not re-stock merchandise as manager looked on and she said don't worry, I won't. We went across street, used atm, had lunch and about hour later came back and all product was put back on shelf. When I asked the name of the manager since he was not wearing name bag & told him checker had promised us all the products would not be put back, he said I'm Chris, the manager, I put it back, almost like he was proud of what he had done and it didn't matter what his staff or customer had specifically requested. Chris should be demoted, we won't ever be back. Petco needs to explain to Chris the basics in customer service & how easy it would have been to not restock the product after being asked not to. He is rude and has no idea what he's doing. We did re-select all the product & paid w $100 bill, the last one of those Petco will ever see from us. Nice work Chris..!
