I came today to change my cars oil and I have a prepaid card for four times oil change and he said there’s no enough money in it while it’s for four times and he charged me $23.43 more while I prepaid for four times. That’s happened on 9/5/24 at 794 Admiral Callaghan Ln, Vallejo in the second bay. They steals my money.

First time here, will not be coming back. I was warned by others to not come here. Staff was so unfriendly, unhelpful and generally treated me as an inconvenience to their day. Jarvis was the employee that serviced my vehicle and had such a poor attitude towards me and other customers, I overheard him talking disparagingly about the person he serviced before me. Seems like a very miserable person and it bleeds into the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

I arrived to get my oil changed approx 6:45 pm (they close at 7) all three bays were filled with cars and 2 more vehicles were waiting to be served and I slipped into the last empty lane.
It was close to 7:30 before they started working on my car.
I thought to myself these guys are working their tails off and probably going into over time. So I decided to order a large pizza from Round Table pizza that was in the same shopping center as Oil Changers.
In the mean time they were having
problems removing my oil filter cap and it cracked. I called over to the auto parts store that was next door to the pizza place and they did not have one.
I was worried that I was not going to be able to drive my car but was assured that it would be ok since I lived near by.
They said if I got the part that they broke they would replace it for me in the morning.
Unfortunately in the morning I spent over 2 hours trying trying to locate this part and only found one on line. The soonest it would be delivered is Monday 4/17/23 (3 days after my oil change)
I had to call in work since I work out of town & for fear of doing damage to my car I did not want to drive it.
The part should arrive sometime today. I will then drive my car down the street to Oil Changers & have them replace the cap.
This has cost me a days wage plus
, $43. For the new oil filter cap
& oil Changers never even offered to pay for the damage that they did.
Furthermore….
Come to find out you are not supposed to use a socket to remove the cap (which they used) there is a specific tool that is used to remove this part. Which they obviously don’t possess.
This has been a real inconvenience and has cost me more then I can afford. I hope this survey will forward this to a responsible party and they can compensate me for the money I am out of pocket for.
Oh and the pizza ? l bought was for the workers not for myself. I just thought it would be a nice gesture to buy them dinner.

Waited an hour and had 3 cars that showed up after me get serviced before me and when it was my turn they told me they didn’t have the right oil for me never coming back to this place ever again

Aug 10, 2024, The technician in charge of my service was polite, alert, and knew his business. His service suggestions were appropriate and useful. He paid attention to detail and delegated tasks to the techs in his charge as was appropriate and necessary to complete the job. He didn’t waste time and the service done promptly. Well done!

Got a quote on filters that cost 18 bucks! Total came up to be $75 bucks (without taxes) with the two filters. I got told “gotta pay taxes” I been here 3 times. Just tell your customers how much they are. You guys prob have to meet a sales amount but remember that people work for their money too. I feel scammed to be honest. Will come back for just the oil change and no extra stuff.
