Hubby and I went to this Office Max to inquire about printing 3 copies of a 104-page booklet. Monica was gracious and patient in the way she assisted us in getting a quote for the book. Multitasker that she seems to be, she was also trying to help another customer get his material printed. The quote was a bit expensive - $200 plus for the 3 copies, coil binding, full color and regular paper for cover and inside pages. My little issue here is for such an expensive cost, the cover should be at least a thicker paper, not regular. I’m thankful, though, for the assistance I received. Thank you, Monica! This is also a Fedex site. At this time, there is a clearance sale on some items.

This is the worst store ever no customer service. People are lazy and don't want to work I asked for help and they said do it on line what the point of have a store with manager and employees if they are not going to help. Very disappointing the store was empty the employees and mangers were just talking to themselves

This store customer service is awful. I had to make some copies, so I stopped by OfficeMax. A older lady with no knowledge or experience tried to assist me. I asked her politely to notify the store manager. 15 minutes goes by as I decide it was time for me to leave the manager appears from the back room. This is not the first time I done had a issue with this OfficeMax location. I hate to say it but the team that was on the floor sucks.

I recently had an awful experience at The Vallejo, CA Office Max. The Store Manager behaved very unprofessional. I went above her head and the General Manager and Corporate both called me and apologized and they made things right! They turned an awful situation into a much better one. I appreciate their prompt response, their professionalism and their willingness to help me come to a resolution. I’m giving 5 stars based on the resolution.

I genuinely question if the workers here may be challenged…or something. Working at office max is genuinely not a difficult job.. every time I order prints for copies it is always incorrect. Customer service doesn’t care either. I don’t think they do it on purpose, but like this is an entry level job it is printing paper….cmon guysssss I don’t like wasting money

Our Dad passed away last week and we needed to print out his obituaries. Of course, we waited until the morning of the memorial service to print. We went to OfficeMax to get some help and we were directed to use the self service printers. It didn't have many settings on it and because the obituary was front and back, we didn't think it'd print out correctly. A gentleman named Mel Hoskins approached us and asked if we needed help; we which desperately did. We explained the situation and he gave us a few suggestions. The PDF we created cut off during the initial print out so we had to fix it before we could continue printing. Mel was patient the entire time. He suggested different solutions and explained why the format needed to be the way it needed to be. As a result, the obituary format was fixed and we got 50 copies printed right then and there. Mel's customer service was exceptional. On such a tough day, he was patient, caring, and willing to walk us through each obstacle we faced. I don't know if there's an employee award or recognition he can receive, but if there is, please acknowledge Mel. Mel, thank you again for your patience and kindness.

I decided to try to order some business cards (250 cards for $32). A week and a half pasted and I get the email that my order is ready for pick however I show up I am told that my cards are in fact not available and that I would to take it up with customer service online to get more information. Over all a bad experience

Print staff needs more training. Counter staffg at check out need more training also. But perhaps most importantly, they need to take ownership of their work. No one wants to go to a store where the staff could give a rats behind.
