Sad to see so many good reviews. I feel sorry for those who were uninformed. Milt's seems nice and polite to the layman. I (a retired mechanic) was furious at the sheer lies they told me. Can only imagine how much money they've sucked from the community by lying about what repairs are necessary. I've gone here several times over the years, all bad experiences. Learned my lesson.

Milts did a great job on my truck. They were fast, efficient, and got me in the next day. Their prices were a little high, but they did lower one of them after discovering they didn't need a part. Overall, I would recommend them, but you might want to do some price checking, which is probably true of most shops.

I will definitely come back to Milt's for any future car issues. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the issue with my car and the repair process well. I felt comfortable asking questions. Even when the waiting room started to fill-up, I never felt forgotten. My car was finished early and the whole process was smooth.

Went in to have a radiator leak fixed and a rattling noise in the rear fixed. They fixed the radiator leak, but they didn't fix the rattling noise which is why I went in to get it fixed. They charged me 1200 dollars for the work that wasn't resolved. They said the noise was due to a piece of hardware missing in the rear caliper so they changed my rotors and brakes. That didn't fix the issue. After I got my car back the first time obviously I noticed the rattling noise, but my traction light and over heating light were on the dash. So I called and let them know. They told me to bring it back. After I picked it up the second time they told me the lights on the dash was due to a sensor they changed. They said nothing was wrong with the old one so they put it back on and refunded me 50 dollars. (Why charge me for unnecessary work then?)
Overall, not satisfied with their work, will not be returning. They overcharged me for work that wasn't fixed. My car still sounds like a marble in a soda can. Thanks for taking my money Milts!!
Update:7/10/2024They are trying to justify items in the car to account for metal on metal noise on the outside of the car that stops when the brake is pressed. The wing is plastic and makes a plastic on plastic noice. Don't know about you, but metal on metal and plastic on plastic are very different and distinctive.
They never told me once to clear out my car and take it for a test drive. They are lying to make it seem like they are right, but they're not.
It's as simple as admitting you messed up and be an accountable adult. You trying to justify other things that have nothing to do with the job I PAID YOU FOR is childish and makes you look cheap and childish.
Lease take care of your customers in the future and fix the initial problem they come to you for. I specifically wanted this noise gonna and it's not done instead I paid for a brake and rotor change and a false diagnostic that didn't do jack!

Update: I have updated my review after Milts acknowledged their error and made it right by crediting me back 140.00. That is the service I was used to! Thanks Milts!

I have been taking my BMW’s to Milts way back when the original owner named Milt was there. I have always received great service and customer service. However, last week Milts service fell short. We had them check for a burning smell coming from under the hood. They charged us 140.00 to diagnose the problem. I also had them do an oil change which both ended up costing over 300.00. They told us they believed the problem was corrected.
After a week of driving the car, the smell was getting worse! We took the car back, they came back with a laundry list of things that needed to be repaired and charged us another 140.00 to diagnose the problem.
I am extremely disappointed in them for charging us 140.00 twice to diagnose the problem when they should have caught it the first time.
