My car was not a normal repair since it went airborne and literally jumped a car. The damage was only the shock mount was pushed into the body 2 inches . They suggested a regular mechanic could adjust it out. I think they were trying to save me money. So as far as honesty they get high marks. Just a bit disappointed, i really wanted it fixed right not just patched.

Gary and Crash Champions are trash. They are not competent with older model vehicles. They will just try and total out after 1.5 months. Gary didn’t give enough effort to find the right vendor for the parts that I needed. Go somewhere else with your business.

Last year at the tail end of rainy season our Honda started flooding only on the driver's side by the brake and gas peddles. We couldn't it figure out so we took it to the Honda Dealership. $300 later they tell us they have no idea why it's doing that. This year as the rain started up again and I was basically swimming in the driver's seat I took a chance in Mike's Auto body shop. Within 15 minutes they discovered it was a buildup of leaves in the sun roof and had hosed it out for free. I haven't had a single issue with flooding since. Never going to the Honda Dealership again.

I submitted a claim through my car insurance and since MAB was contracted through my insurance, I went with them. I dropped off my car 8/15 and the rep who helped me assured me they would let me know if anything changes (estimate/etc). I forgot to ask the est. repair time so I called the following morning. I spoke with a lady (estimator) who informed me she couldn't give me an est. time since she doesn't want to promise me anything. She informed me she would call me before the end of the week with an update. The week goes by, no call. The following week, I called again for an update since I wanted to know how long it would be and if I needed a rental or not. I spoke with the same lady who still didn't have an update and informed me she was updating the estimate with parts/etc. She would call before the end of the day with an update. No call. A few days later, I call back and spoke with the receptionist. I informed her this is my third call and I have yet to receive an answer to my simple question nor any call backs and to please let the estimator know this is urgent. No calls and I called back a few days later. I spoke with a gentleman who informed me they are waiting for approval from my ins since the estimate had change (yet they failed to inform me of this and they had told me they would notify me if anything changes). I expressed frustration at their lack of communication/customer service and the # of times I've had to call, only left with no answers. He told me he would call me back in one hour with an update. No surprise, I don't get a call. I decided to call my ins and spoke with an agent who informed me they have not received any updated estimate from MAB. By that time, I was beyond frustrated and annoyed. It took about another week for everything to update and at this time, my shop has been in the shop for a little over 2 weeks. My car ended up being considered a total loss so I arranged to pick up my belongings on 9/8 with one of the staff at MAB. I had asked the lady if I needed to let my ins know I am surrendering my car to them, but she said no. They will let me ins know. I asked her this twice. I called my ins on 9/22 to follow up on the status since I haven't heard back from them. They informed me MAB never updated them so if I didn't call to follow up, my ins would probably have never known I surrendered my car. I understand during this time there was a transition within MAB, but that doesn't excuse the lack of communication and customer service I received. I'm glad others had a different experience, but this still doesn't make up for the horrible service I received from them. I would not recommend MAB to anyone.

I highly recommend coming here if you’ve gotten into an accident and need some auto body repairs. Gary was so professional, kept me up to date consistently. Everyone in that shop was very very very nice. They even vacuumed the inside of my car for me which meant the world to me bc I had just moved from Colorado to California and my car could’ve used some TLC after that drive. But 10/10!!Services: Tires

CONSUMER BEWARE! During the estimate, Gary said it would only take four days to complete, so I gave them my business. Dropped off my truck on Tuesday. Said it would be done in a week only to receive a text on the next Tuesday saying it would be finished on Friday. I received text during the week saying its on schedule. Friday comes only to receive another text saying it won't be ready for another week. Ten days already, and I still have to wait another week. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Is this how they conduct business? Mikes auto body needs to be more honest and transparent. I doubt it will be ready next week. I will update. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My car had to be taken in for a fender rip resulting from a pothole. Got a referral from Ins. company to take car for Mike's Auto Body, called them, and took it in. No fuss. The work was incredible. Brand spanking new and looked it too. These guys are great. It was done in time; when they said it would be. Glad I found them. Will be going back for any future bodywork, when needed. Great place.

Had a door replaced and painted after a small collisionPoor paint matching, new paint is noticeably lighter than the existing paint. Body work also left a notable gap between body and trim. I wasn't pleased, but wasn't too upset until I removed my door card to replace a window regulator, and noticed they had ripped the wiring out of one speaker and had left the other hanging completely loose inside the door. They cross threaded some of the mounting points, and the insert they used was too long, causing it to dig into the inside of the door. They also seem to have left a broken clip or something inside the window track, which caused it to jam, but I can't yet access it due to the rivets they used to secure the inner door skinServices: Painting

The little hispanic guy that Handles the estimates is very rude and unprofessional. We had to deal with his attitude and jump through more hoops than necessary throughout the whole process because of him. I can't speak about their body work, mainly because this person flat out refused to work on my dad's vehicle. It was an older vehicle, a 95 nissan pickup. He could have at least told us he wouldn't work on it before we waited the multiple days for his estimate. Now we have a very low estimate for the repair and other shops are charging way more than his estimate to fix it.
