OWNER & MANAGER IS A SCAM ARTISTS & THIEF!! ABSOLUTE TRASH PEOPLE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS!! If I could give zero stars I would!
The owner REFUSES to sell us sim cards for our TMobile phones (So we can switch our service and consolidate our phone bill for a much lower bill) UNLESS we buy brand new phones from his store! I get on the phone with Tmobile reps and they were shocked, and told me thats extortion and I need to contact the BBB and the business for consumer affairs IMMEDIATELY! AVOID THIS STORE & GARBAGE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!!

What bad service from this place, we were waiting for the store to open, they open late and to finish, none of the 3 people who were waiting for the service could help us, we called customer service for their response and they sent me to buy through bestbay, for nothing recommended

This area of Vallejo has become very depressing, this store is in a bad area, and just buying a phone there is not that easy. They advertise several types of deals and specials,but none of them actually exist apparently. . Was completely overwhelmed by what the sales woman was trying to explain about how to get the best deal on two phones we liked, and keep your existing phone number. Apparently we have to take the new phones back in exactly 25 days to be set up ( or pay an extra fee) she was very nice, but I still don't understand anything about why this is necessary, meanwhile we still are using old phones, even though new ones are activated??? I don't get it. What happened to just buying a phone, and having them transfer your information from the old one?

This branch is clean, but with a very friendly and prepared lady, who is the person who makes it worth coming back. I can bet you that she will be able to solve any problem you may have at Metroby-T-Mobile.

They deserve 0 stars. They sale defective phones, turn around and tell you to buy another phone out of pocket!! They refuse to give their manager name and won't leave messages for call backs. The worst EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
