Abdullah was very attentive to customers and my needs of a new screen protector/case for phone. Abdullah has excellent customer service and professional screen installation. Also gave me a discount on my bill. Much appreciated and blessings to this location.

I walk into this metro. Politely ask one of the female workers if they can put my screen protector on my phone i will pay, she looked at me sideways and said they didn't have time, but she was on Her phone. And they don't close till seven, and it wasn't even 530pm yet. Terrible, terrible customer service. And you're gonna let money pass cause you are too busy on your cell phone instead of having customer service and helping customers that walk in Dumb dumb bubble gum! This metro is by dd's discount, The Metro by buds burgers they are awesome. And they don't be on a cell phone's looking at social media.

Me and my father went to this place 30 minutes before and we're greeted with stellar service! Roberto was the best employee we've ever seen. He was positive and made it easy getting our phones.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Ricky was very informative and is a great employee to have. I was thankful to have had the pleasure of him helping me. He shows great concern and has the drive for what it takes to be in customer service! 10/10 for me!
