Piss poor customer service!!!! Employees there act like they don’t want to be there and just look at you and pass by when they know you’ve been waiting at the front counter.

Someone, I believe the day Mgr, needs sensitivity training. I went through the line Twice today. I inquired about Protein and I asked if the soft drinks were same price no matter what size.I was very disappointed with the answers, which, both times left me hanging. I found a very nice lady that answered Both questions Anmy order to my liking. I was so impressed, I left her a $20 bill at the next window to prove a point about Customer Service, especially, noting the Mgr was rather rude .Parking: Large enough for trucks to roll in.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely accessible

Service was not good. The monitor to order had no paper reciept. We press for assistance and no one came to help us. This is a bad service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Of course you tell them one thing and they do the opposite I specifically said quarter pounder without cheese only bun and meat and of course when I get home it's cheese all on the burger the receipt said plain also. Only one person in the whole building can speak and understand English that's the problem even the so called manager! Never going back to this one on Springs Rd or the one on Sonoma blvd. Guess I'll stick to In n out better burger and right everytime I've never had one burger made wrong at in n out but I've had more than 5 orders wrong at mc Donald's also I live over a mile and a half away so that's gas too so bye just lost a customer and I hope you feel it because your burgers cost too much to be made wrong and the customer have to drive back to get it possiblely made right! Ugghh totally exhausted!

I believe they are intentionally giving medium drinks but charging them as larges. I compare them to other Mc Donald’s and that in fact is what they’re doing!

Your staffs is rude to us and they talk that we order on restaurants so.. it's started I go to payment and they don't open so I think.i go.to.sexond window and she said why I don't pay in the first window and she angry it's not my fault but I know intentionally be good because the owner work hard to pay u and we the customer be kind ?❤️?

BAD SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION, SPRINGS RD VALLEJO. Went to drive thru and the person who handed me the food gave me the wrong drink and was trying to explain to the lady who doesn't understand english. So I showed her my receipt so she can see what I ordered. I ordered a 10 pcs nugget meal ( LARGE) for my son and noticed the fries were half full so I gave it back and asked if this is their "large size". The lady who didn't speak English asked for another girl and the Mexican girl didn't seem to believe me and assumed that we ate half of the fries within 1 or two minutes of that conversation. The ladies didn't apologize and instead talking in Spanish and gave me another bag with the same amount of fries. I didn't know giving the right size amount of fries is such a big deal. Bad customer service. Bad attitude

Clean, environment. A poor situation handled inappropriately. I ordered a non sweet large ice tea,with 1 sweet n low plus a chicken sandwich, drive-through employee "Said don't worry ma'am, the price is the same." I was insulated and decided to speak with management, who easily understood McDonald's should be easy-to-use....don't bring up a subject unless the customer brings it up. I did not accept free items from the management. Although I appreciate the gesture, I left hungry, thirsty and disappointed with the young man who did not want to listen just talk over me.
