Showed up for at the agreed upon time and Luz was not there, was told, "I forgot, come back later". The gentleman told us that she was getting her nails done. No follow up from her about an appropriate time to come back.

She was a no show. The gentleman that was there said she was getting her nails done. He contacted her and she said, "I forgot, tell him to come back tonight." No time was given, nor did she follow up to create a new appointment.

If you want someone that's organized, concise, and intelligent doing your taxes, look no further! I reached out to Luz over Yelp. Within a day she set me up on her business portal, prepared a service contract, and a tax prep worksheet so I could organize my documents and share info about my finances. When I got my tax return back, a week later, there were some cover pages with her professional recommendations to make the most of my financial situation for next year and beyond. I'm actually looking forward to tax season next year because of her professionalism and organized workflow. Thanks, Luz!
