Rude security staff. Mediocre selection. Same low value Americans can expect from box stores. Bad luck as myself and my crew purchase a lot from Lowes but are now reconsidering where we purchase lumber and misc. supplies. We're mid sized so it won't really matter but if enough people stop maybe it will.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience with Lowe's Home Delivery. Without going through all the excruciating details I'll just say that the delivery team was incompetent, damaged my flooring, argumentative, and very customer unfriendly. Rather than wait for another team to come back and do the installation that the first team was unable to do I canceled my order. I won't consider Lowe's for any future projects. They've lost my business.

Do not get extra sets of keys made at the Vallejo Lowe's! They have a 3rd party vendor kiosk setup but the keys cut by that machine does not work and actually got stuck in my door almost ruining my lock! I got 3 keys made and NONE of them are cut right and do not work. When I went back to Lowe's for a refund they told me it's not their problem! It's their vendor kiosk in their store and I would not have had keys made by it had they now allowed it to be setup in their store. And nobody was in the back to make keys so me and 3 other customers were forced to used that faulty key kiosk. I'm sure none of their keys worked either! And the vendor never refunded the money either! SHAME ON YOU LOWES! Those extra keys were for my kids! Good thing I tested them before they actually needed to use them to get in the house when I'm at work! NEVER HAVE LOWES KEY YOUR KEYS! Either stand by the products and services rendered in YOUR store by vendors you allow in or don't allow shoddy vendors either shoddy products and services in where you won't even vouch for them! I've never been back. I go to Home Depot now!

Lowe's in Vallejo, CA. Zero star if possible. Terrible. Fully paid for a washing machine, Order # 379 456 658. Promised to deliver, waited all day. Called store and they verified it was on the way. It never arrived. Asked for refund of my money. Manager said was going to look what happened. Had no idea. Also, talked to their delivery center. It has been more than 5 months. Never got appliance or refund to this day. Going to avoid trusting this place.

I was happy that they had my favorite ZEP product in stock however the light bulb we went to buy weren't in stock. I did score some Arm & Hammer baking soda for $1/box. Self-checkout was interesting but a good trip to the store.

Lowe's has made unauthorized charges on my card. Even after getting these refunded by Lowe's credit card services, Lowe's charged me again. Do not trust them with your personal or financial information!

Lowe's service would be considered good if 'cashiering' is all a customer needs. Unfortunately, some customers need help locating stock or getting explanations and/or instructions; true "hardwares" provide that. The Lowe's in Vallejo seems to function as a warehouse with hard to locate, often phantom, stock but it has friendly cashiers who may check their computers and tell you "the item is on aisle #1 bay 11". Chances are the item is not there nor will there be an employee around to help find it. Sigh! Lowe's however has a great selection of impulse items that are usually on sale and thereby represent good values.

This store is always less hectic than Home Depot and I get much better service. Home Depot has everything locked up right now so I save around 30 minutes by going to Lowe's instead. Also, Lowe's offers free rekeying! Ask for Charles and you can get a new lock matched to a lock you buy at Lowe's. Saves over $15 by coming to Lowe'a

I only give 1 star but if it was allowed it would be zero. My experience with Lowes from the delivery of my new appliances to dealing with the executive customer service department has been nothing but traumatic. I bought 3 appliances for my new remodeled kitchen and was delivered a damaged oven. Because of the substandard delivery service there was a 4 day delay to receive my appliances. This resulted in me not having help to get oven in the house to unbox until 3 days later . Only to find my new oven had a gash on the control panel on the stainless steal. Because this was outside the 48 hours ( it was 60 hours) Lowes has refused to exchange my damaged oven. Beware of this company and it's gangster practice. Lowes does not value the customers. I will no longer use Lowes for any projects and will be returning the items that I have purchased for my remodeling. 2 months with a new nonworking Samsung dishwasher. Multiple repair men, still not working, and Lowe's could not care less. Will never shop there again.

On July 2, 2023 my wife and I went to Lowes, Vallejo CA to purchase a microwave. Ted and Alexy were amazing in helping us pick the highest rated microwave that would fit in my kitchen cutout. Alexy went above and beyond to locate a microwave, which was 3 shelves up, that didn't have a damaged box. She proceeded to find a stand up forklift to retrieve it. Ted looked up the microwave on the Lowes website to ensure us that it had the highest rating for the size we needed. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Ted and Alexy. They deserve 5/5 star rating!
