I've been in this branch several times already and ALL the staff here are the rudest and need to take training on customer service. They always have a bad attitude, never smile, and make the customer feel that it's an inconvenience for them to be asked general questions.

We stopped here to get gas and the pump we pulled up to wouldn't take our card. So we went in to pay at the cash register. We encountered two people who were counting money and could not help us. Then we encountered a third person who looked like they might be a manager. When we told them what we needed he suggested we just go to a different pump. He would not take our money in the store. Needless to say we left and went to the Chevron station down the way

Cleanest gas station bathroom I’ve ever been in. That even had a changing table! I saved it to Google maps for whenever we pass through the area again. Huge assortment of snacks and foods as well, including a frozen yogurt machine which was out of order at the time.

This is disgusting. When i asked for toilet paper for the restroom, I was told there wasn't any. When asked to speak or contact someone to help, was lied to and deflected. This is so gross

The cashier is racist against a white people!!!! I came here to get gas and use the restroom. So I go inside and the cashier tells me the bathroom is full. No biggie (I'm a white guy). So I tell her I'll grab a soda and wait. Then an African American female comes in and the cashier takes her to the front of the line (there are other white people waiting now), opens a new bathroom and says ohh well. I say wtf we were all waiting. She again says ohh well. She is very racist against other races. Good job shell you have racism going on in this gas station. Stay away from this racist gas station!!

I was in there pumping gas today and I heard a customer asked if the register can break change because she would like to see about given a homeless person outside a couple dollars and the clerk by the name of Joe was incredibly rude He told the woman to get the homeless man the hell out of here and to shoot him away and she asked if that's how he treats all people he said yes he's scum and had no empathy at all I will never frequent this gas station again for the rest of my life that was a despicable display of ego and the way that he treated not only that woman but also spoke about that man I will never come here again and I hope you see this too Joe.

Lots of selection, for once the north side of Vallejo has a nice gas station with things you can’t find at other stores nearby. Marc, the manager, has great customer service.

Horrible service, they hire people who don’t know how to do anything at all. I bought a car wash at the machine and it stopped on me as soon as I pulled through so I had to leave with just water on my car and when I went inside to get a refund the guy gave me attitude and said he doesn’t know how to do anything and I have to come back on Monday to get a refund ( it’s Saturday) then when I asked if I could at least get a copy of the receipt he said he doesn’t know how to do that either…. Never coming back again …

Dude working here refuses to wear a mask behind the counter, and today when I confronted him about it he came up to my car and yelled at me through my window, still no mask. Lucky I had it rolled up, but when he couldn't get a rise out of me he went around to my back passenger window (its broken and couldn't close) and started trying to intimidate my friend. She wasn't wearing a mask and couldn't get away from the dude, he kept leaning in and saying "you need to leave" for our own good. We were trying to, but the dang car wouldn't start. Went from being annoying to downright scary cuz this dude wouldn't drop it. She kept telling him we were trying to go but he wouldn't leave us alone. Finally got the car to start and got out of there, but I'm worried about my friend. She's got breathing problems already and if this dude gave her covid it might be a death sentence. Avoid this place like the plague, or else you might catch it...

The new car wash does not wash cars very well. I came here twice to wash my Prius, both times the car wash has missed areas of the car. I watched an SUV get washed in front of me, it appears that the car wash didn't wash it very well either (it's an SUV, bigger than my Prius). Don't come here to wash ur car, go somewhere else.

Dropped by for some gas and decided to go inside to use the bathroom. By far the cleanest gas station bathroom I've been to. Supplies were all in stock and they have a Dyson hand dryer. They have a soft serve froyo section that had the flavors: cake batter and ny cheese cake. Limited toppings such as Mochi, tiny chocolate m&m's, and other pieces of candy bars were present. They need to fill up the containers because most of them were empty. The good thing about this was the price. $3.99 for one cup (flat fee) and you can fill it up as much as you can. They do not charge it by the weight like usual froyo locations. Female Cashier and the male employee that walks around the premises were both nice. Gas station (Shell) is small and a little chaotic with exiting and entering. Parking is also limited.
