Literally says 24hours, come at 5:58am rude heavy set older woman mouthing “were closed” and shooing me away. Several ppl line up at the door while the lady is acting like she doesn’t notice them. You are clearly staffed by an able bodied individual, that’s choosing not to do their job.

Before this Loop store was the ⭐️ at the neighborhood! Currently, it looks like it’s run or manage by rudest manager in town named Dwayne, has Zero customer service and not helpful at all when you needed help on their product or on your purchase, he’ll just leave you alone or do it yourself even you need assistance because their equipment doesn’t work, almost half of pumps doesn’t work either there’s an out of order sign or not at all until you found it the issue and report to the manager that he even doesn’t care or worse doesn’t do his job! You are paid to do your job and take care of your customers especially if they are your regular customers so they’ll come back as a loyal Loop customers and leaving your store happy with a smile with great excellent customer service but none of that I experience at this visit, so that would be my last visit at this loop neighborhood location, unless the current manager has been replace or if the store is pleasant enough to get quality service! Franchise owner, Regional managers, management team or even secret shopper please review this store on its overall performance start with the manager because this gas station is now unacceptable for your loyal customers! I believe the rule that change for the better!

This used to be my to go convenience store due to its great location, stop and go gas station, a good working carwash and great snacks for grabs but from now on I won't be stopping here any more because it looks like everything isn't working well, no staff will help, not well maintained, outside it's like a ghetto (no offense), it's like the dirtiest gas station in the Vallejo area or rather the dirtiest Loop store in the Bay Area compared to others that I visited, I'm guessing it's not well managed by whoever the manager that is currently working right now, he's name is Dwayne, he has no customer service, very rude when dealing with customers and or probably needs a training on basic training on handling great customer service! No apologies even half of the pumps aren't working, he just leave you and tell you it's working now even though it isn't, doesn't help or assist customers needs to get their quality products and an excellent service! He doesn't treat regular Loop customers well, I'm one of them so I won't be coming back at this location rather I'll just spend to other place that treats you well or as a Loop family than a rude, disrespectful, no customer service, not well kept or well managed store! The only employee that deserves recognition there is Martha. I think it needs to start by replacing the current manager there named Dwayne that is useless and unhelpful. Bad experience and terrible service from the Manager! Not recommended for customers that wants customer service!Go somewhere else that doesn't look like trash!

5th time I have come to this establishment to yet once again, be ignored I understand for safety protocols they lock their doors early but when there's two employees in the store (not working) that blatantly ignore you one walks the back and one doesn't even look up when you're knocking at the window and the door I find that considerably rude clearly you guys do not care about Customer Service and I will not ever spend another dollar at your establishment Maybe it's family owned but you should really consider treating your customers with a little respect. I have heard this from many of my co workers... looking at your reviews Im clearly not the only one who feels this way.

i have came to this gas station at 245 am 08/25/22 and they had 2 employee that where eating a lunch together that refuses to serve a lot of customer that generates income for loop i would really understand that if they had only excuse themselves but instead they had gave me a dirty look and treated with disrespect i was asking for their management team's number but they just ignored the request as a person that works for service industry it is affecting the name of the company on how would you guys let this happen more power to the company i really hope that this specified location to be looked at and maybe you guys will generate more revenue due to customer service and maybe take action on why they are getting paid to disrespect your consumers

Let me tell you I was on my lunch break and just needed to walk in and grab something to drink and I was greeted by star she seems to know everybody and really gave me a warm welcoming hook me up with some loop points and definitely made me feel welcomed! She seems to know everybody and honestly made my day that much better she definitely needs a raise star you're amazing thanks for everything.
