Out of all the interlock devices, this is by far the best choice and best value. I called around to a few install places and they all wanted to charge me $300+ for installment. Lifesafer was only $152 and the customer service is the best. Everyone I have dealt with in this company has been super nice and professional so far. Install was easy and took about an hour.

When I read the reviews I was only slightly concerned as most were related to inaccurate billing. I went with them because they were upfront and provided documented billing agreements. This wasn't good enough I guess. I had the device uninstalled by an authorized shop (I had completed my requirements approx. 30 days prior and had mechanical issues that couldn't be addressed with device installed). I notified LifeSafer and provided proof via the receipts. Because the Shop did not follow LifeSafers policies, they charged me an additional 30 days monitoring and STILL show the device active in my vehicle. This may be fraudulent in the eyes of federal definition. Charging monitoring fees for a device no longer installed, in order to recover fees lost by the actions of an authorized shop. The most interesting thing is, they fully implicate fraud on the invoice dated 3/13/24, as it states this is why they charged me. Any attorneys reading this should contact me, I am in NV. UPDATE: After finally receiving a response, Alexander informed me that I was charged for previous months monitoring that wasn't paid. I accept the explanation for the charge and agree to it. The invoice comments clearly state I was billed because the Shop didn't use their system. To ANY reasonable person, that would sound like the client being charged for the shops neglect (as there was no time/date reference for the charge, as monitoring fees usually do). They also still have not closed my account upon multiple requests. So I downgrade from potential Fraud to incompetence, at best. I will definitely NOT reccomend this company for services to anyone anywhere.

Installation was a breeze. Customer service was great. The install guy is awesome, quick and friendly. He was knowledgeable and also gave some good tips. I highly recommend their services.

BRAD in customer service is the one to model all your agents after! He understood that life gets in the way and was very courteous,understanding and professional. I have not installed the device yet but, he made the experience so much better. No one wants this product, which makes it so hard to be an upbeat customer service rep. Thank you Brad. Maybe one day I will meet you and your wife in Galena on our bikes!

Client id 15879000096 When there website doesn't work right .. which has happen a couple times they don't let you know in an email or text that the payment didn't go through ...you miss a payment for even a few days it charges you crazy and then when you go in and pay it doesn't catch you up .. then reach out for help they tell you it paid for 30 days in advance and you have a balance from the last 15 days you owe .. how messed up is that ..I would review other companies before going with them .. and customer service people last 3 I have talked to don't even know what they are doing Update It still says the wrong balance due Client id 15879000096

Do NOT use this company!!!! My sister did and it doesn't work 75% of the time. She has to take it into the shop 1-2 times a month to get "recalibrate" costing $200 each time!!!! She has been going through hell for the past 4 months (8 more to go) she is video logging her experience to sue the living of these people... you been warned

Do NOT make business with them!!! It's taking me forever to get an approval from this agency!! I regret making this decision. I been trying to take off the device off my vehicle because the dmv revoked my license for a year and these people will not approve me for whatever reason!!! They are stealing money from me!! Customer service take hours to respond!!! I can't get a hold of them or any help.
