INNEFFICIENT, INACCURATE WORK, & UNRESPONSIVE Labeled as a reality, but also serves as an Income Tax Service. He and his brother Emilo did my taxes incorrectly. In addition, they were supposed to set me up for payments which they also did incorrectly so payments were not taken out of my bank account. When I realized this was not happening, I contacted them via email, phone and stopped by. No response. Finally, after about 4 weeks, I received a response with a phone number to call (they should have been doing the calling since it was their fault). But, I called and learned that I had not been set up properly and had to pay $4000 over the phone. I understand errors. But, the unresponsiveness is unacceptable.
