I had great experience here! Clean environment, friendly associates, my favorite was Jess! He is so kind, professional, gentle and attentive. Jess is also very cheerful and has great sense of humor that made my experience an easy one.

They need to update their hours. On website it says they take walk ins and also days they are open. I went on Monday early afternoon around 1:15 pm and a sign in door said temporarily closed. I had called before I went and got voicemail but voicemail said their hours so I wasted my gas and time. I would recommend not driving there until you are sure they are reopened

Unbelievably inefficient. Hours are sporadic. I need to find another place.

Very incompetent office. My blood work wasn’t sent to my doctor on several occasions and I feel the people are not properly trained to complete the job they are there for.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. I booked a fasting appointment here and got confirmation. Upon arriving there (from another city) the building was locked and dark. Someone from there left a voicemail when I was driving saying that that the facility was closed. Entirely pathetic!!! I WASTED AN HOUR AND FUEL AS WELL AS FASTING!! AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK TO GET AN APPOINTMENT ELSEWHERE!!

Terry WAS the best. She worked there all by herself and was wonderful. She managed to help everyone and, keep the line moving. She’s retired and now it’s all down hill. Now there are two women who are supposed to be working but can’t seem to move things along. Even with an appointment I had to wait for an additional 35 minutes. One woman talked to the male client forever instead of just doing his lab work. The other stayed at the desk instead of doing labs. Keep conversations minimal and keep the line moving!

I'm so impressed on how quick my annual routine labs were done here! The location is wonderful because there was a lot of parking! I set up an appointment and followed all the rules. I forgot to bring my lab paper requisitions but the lab techs saw them immediately on the computer! I didn't even sit down for more than a minute and I was called in to get my blood drawn. The place is spacious and the staff were kind. I also like the inspirational quotes and readings they have on their wall while they drew my blood. It was a pleasant distraction.

The staff at this location are nice and competent. So they get 5 stars. The deductions are because they do not enforce the maximum capacity of people in the waiting room. It is rather small and a while back I counted 11 people in there. I think the limit is about 6. However I can see why the staff would have a hard time keeping track of the waiting room because usually they are the only person working. They are the receptionist, phlebotomist, cleaning room between patients, phone answerer, label printer etc. No wonder I have waited so long to be drawn. 20-30 minutes past my appointment time. I think the staffing level is abusive to the staff and downright dangerous because that's when mistakes happen. Seems to me they are looking at the bottom line only and screw everybody else.

Let's just say the lady at the front desk, rude. She couldn't find the order nor did she care to look for it.

I've had numerous blood draws this year due to a heart attack and triple bypass. This is the first time to have one done at Labcorp Vallejo and I have to say, it was not a great experience, The checkin went smoothly (text message from my car when they were ready for me). The front office person was ok. The waiting room was ok. Then I heard my name called from somewhere in the distance, so I walk down a long hallway past a number of rooms and someone yelled 'I'm right here, you just walked right past me!" I should have left the building and rescheduled someplace else at that point. She says to me: "Sit here and put out your arm". Then "Not that arm, the other arm!" Then she jabs me painfully, missing the vein. Has to move the needle around till she finds what she wants. Is she incompetent or just inexperienced? After 'drawing' the blood she hands me two packages....one for for a urine sample no one for a fecal sample. No instructions or comments from her, so I start to walk out. She yells that I need to provide the urine sample here. I ask her where, exactly? She grunts that I should go to the restroom down the hall, as if I've been there before or worked there in a past life. I ask her about the fecal sample and she rolls her eyes and grunts that I should do that at home and bring it in. When I have the urine sample I find where she is and ask what she would like me to do with it. Again, she grunts at me like I am ruining her life: "Right over there", she says as she nudges her head in a general direction. I dropped the sample on a shelf and walked out wondering why she would treat anyone like this. The elder woman and her daughter that were in there just before I was were treated no better. Guess I'll have to use Quest from now on.
