I'm on my feet a lot and have a problem hangnail that these nice ladies always take care of without any pain. I like the massage chairs. I'm a contractor and might feel awkward in a place like this, but I always feel welcome.
The deli next door has great sandwiches.

Very nice experience. Michelle is very caring. Pays attention, asks questions to make sure she understands what you want. Nice place!

This place is great. The nail techs give you their full attention and I’ve never been cut here which is sadly really common at higher-rated nail salons.

They are nice.
Unfortunately, my Dip Manicure lasted less than one week, started chipping within three days. My other nail place in Napa I had my dip polish on Dec. 23rd, it lasted until February 5th.
I was at my parents place, needed my nails done & I try to support local places but I will not be going here again. I will use my place in Napa.

This use to be my happy place where I have been going to pamper myself since they opened. Glad to always tip them big. But sadly, I choose not to return after being turned away for service three times during their OPEN business hours during weekdays 9AM to 7PM. As a busy working Mom, my weekends are always busy. Coming in from work from San Pablo, I walked in to get just a pedicure at 6:30PM, 2 workers were available, and had only 1customer but only to be turned away by owner, Jessica saying, "can you come back another time? We cannot do now, we are about to close." I say, but you're still open until 7:00PM, so you're not closed yet. Still, I was told no and to come back tomorrow. Next two days there after, I come back, 6:15PM to get my much needed pedicure done, AND again, I was told it's late again from Michelle, "Late already and cannot do". I told her I don't understand, because she has taken me in before, but okay I'll just come back. I leave upset. The next day, I made it in again at 6:25pm. Michelle and another worker sitting at the manicure table with no customers, Michelle looking at the clock, but the other worker talking in their language, appeared willing to to take me, but was stopped by Michelle and told her not to take me, "it's late, we closing soon", told me, "you need to come a little early". Ahh, but you're still open. Hey JD Nails! your business hours says OPEN until 7:00pm NOT 6:00, 6:14, 6:30 or 6:59pm. I make it through your door before 7:00PM. Come to think of it, it's not the first time you did this, I've seen you turn others away, about the same time before. If this is the case, then change your closing time to 6:00PM! Confirmed by BBB that services should be rendered during open hours. Unless I am a bad customer, you have the right to refuse, but I am not. I was once your loyal customer. Made me sad and disappointed.

The owner is friendly and if anything is not to your liking she will try to assist and to make it right. I highly recommend the pedicure! On the basic pedicure they have warm stone message and they have many upgrades to choose from as well.Services: Eyebrow beautification

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Made a same day appointment to get a dip manicure. Great selection of colors. I had to remove a star because several of my nails cracked the very next day, which has never happened with dip powder before. I called to inform the shop of the nails and asked if I could be seen to get it fixed. I requested to have gel placed on instead and Jenny happily obliged. I really appreciate the time she took to redo my nails entirely and I was happy with the end result.
