More of an existential crisis than an antique shop. You will be filled with dread the moment you enter this half empty purgatory, you will question many of your life choices as you randomly gasp at the absurd prices ($25 for a Gumby missing an arm AND a leg?) and your fingers will turn black like cancer from all the dust that seemingly covers everything in this God-forsaken shop including the shop owner who answers simple questions in what sounds more like a death rattle than any language that I'm aware of. There is no reason other than sheer morbidity why anyone would want to enter this shop but if you do you will find yourself in a limbo like state and without a doubt you will find one thousand & one reasons to want to leave.

I feel guilty giving Indian Alley only two stars, because the gentleman who was there - the owner, I believe - seemed very nice. But the place is downright depressing, as though the vendors don't care enough to maintain their booths or arrange them in an eye-catching way. The word that keeps coming to mind is "desolate." If the owner sees this review, I hope he takes it in the spirit in which it was intended...this store really needs some love and attention to make it more appealing.

Nice little surprise in Downtown Vallejo. We were having breakfast and happened to park in front of it so why not? The owner was pretty fun dude with a decent sense of humor. We were surprise to find some good finds at decent prices. The store was deep and while he has pretty good inventory, it did not feel claustrophobic in there. I also liked that the stuff he sold is cleaner and in good shape than many thrift stores we've frequented. We ended up with a nice lamp for our living room for $40 and will likely come back for some nice looking dining chairs.

Love this place. The owner is great, friendly, and funny. I have brought items in here and he was able to give me great information on them. I have also gotten items from here, and the price is right. I will only go here, and it's really worth the trip!

Indian Alley doesnt feel stuffy, the prices are good, the stuff they've got is great, the people there are funny and relaxed. Its the perfect stop on a slow day just strolling...who know's you might find something awesome to take with you.

Hey, remember how cheap everything was before inflation? That's what it feels like stepping into Indian Alley Antiques. This place has great deals on just about anything. Even though you may be pumping more money into the economy by shopping at firsthand stores, at least you won't feel like you're being ripped off by shopping here. Also, the owner is a Texas cowboy (albeit, a very liberal one) and a real hoot. He'll talk to you about nearly anything and you have no reason not to. He's a nice guy. So, you could be shelling out money for things more expensive than they need to be or you could go the nostalgic route and buy things that don't exist any more at Indian Alley Antiques. What would you do?

Cute little antique store on the main drag of downtown Vallejo. Packed with stuff. I like to wander in here every once in awhile to check out the inventory. There's about three other antique stores in downtown Vallejo, but I find this one to be the most fun to visit.
