I spoke with Tasso over the phone after my very terrible experience at Vallejo Nissan. He was kind and helpful. I will never be going back to a dealership for any car issues. A friend recommended that I come here instead and now this is the only place I will bring my car.

Brought my car in after many positive words about service and workmanship from my brother. Tasso was awesome and super friendly. Had my brakes done and with Covid I haven't been driving much and he noticed my oil was at 3%. Appreciated him educating me on how even when my car isn't driven, paying attention to my vehicle fluids is important to keep my car running for a long time. I normally bring my car to the dealership for normal maintenance, but won't be doing that anymore. Support a great local business!

Tasso at Impact Automotive will not push you around for more money. He will tell you what's most important first and go from there. He's been my mechanic for years and I seriously don't trust anyone else (even if they're cheaper..). He is an honest, caring and an absolutely understanding mechanic!

Let me tell you...if you're looking for an honest, competent, reliable, efficient, dependable, trustworthy, non price gouging mechanic who will take GOOD care of your vehicle, bring it here. Everybody else call go wherever else you want. Tasso and the beautiful ladies in the front office have taken care of me and my vehicles for several years and I send everybody I know here. As a single parent on a budget I appreciate a good, honest deal and respect a business with excellent customer service. You won't regret coming here!

Hands down THE BEST mechanic in Vallejo. I've been coming here for the past 3 years consecutively because of the great work by the owner (Tosso). I've done everything from a complete engine swap on my 99 Tacoma, to simple brake jobs on my Ford f-150. I have to say, Tosso has done the best work by any mechanic in the city if Vallejo, and I would recommend any one here because of the quality work by Impact Automotive.
