I not comfortable with the agent that I was assigned to. She seemed overly confident that she knew what she was doing and that was that. She was talking fast and pushing button. She even had to have different agents checking her work! That certainly did not make me feel confident that she knew what she was doing at all. I didn't know how to stop her and really didn't want her to complete my taxes. But her business card indicated she was a Senior Tax Analyst. Senior in what? If you use H&R Block in Vallejo be sure you know who your agent is and their back ground. I know I sure won't be back to H&R Block next year.

A huge shout out to Patricia Flores! She put up with me thru Covid and worst! She is efficient, and sharp as a razor. She caught a mistake that the bank made.The IRS should wish she was on their side. Now I believe Patricia is based at the Seaside office and one other location. But we all know Covid has made in person meetings optional. So if you need someone who can handle complicated, ask for her.And err, the rest of H&R Block? At least they didn't offer extreme rude customer service the way, the office in Sunnyvale did. But due to Covid they managed to miss manage the messaging system. I left messages for PATRICIA for at least two months, and she received none of them. I finally started calling the other local offices, pretending to have been misdirected and managed to get a message through to Patricia. Or was it the LinkedIn message?Yeah 5 stars for Patricia1 star for the blockheads
