I have gone here for about 3 years. The tax service dept have always been great! I called today with a general tax question and the lady answering the phone was "abrupt and mean" as if I was wasting her time. Unbelievable! Office on Sonoma in Vallejo, CA.

I came in around 2 pm Saturday Jan 26th to see about getting approved for a refund advance loan. The only reason I mentioned the time and date is I only remember one employees name, but everyone I saw spoke to while I was there were incredibly nice and helpful. They deserve to be mentioned too. Elena was the senior tax analyst that worked with me on my refund advancement. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, great at her job and just a pleasant person overall to deal with. As long as I live a reasonable distance from this location theyre who I'm going to see with anything tax related from now on.

Absolutely terrible. Started using them in 2019, got a letter from the IRS just after our son was born in August 2021 that our taxes were done improperly. The years 2019, 2020 and 2021 were all filed incorrectly. Then they couldn't help us file any amended returns properly. We paid for our taxes to be filed, the amended returns and the peace of mind. In the end, we did our own taxes, amended them and itemized every single year. It took hours! After we were done we found more tax break than they did those years! Then by the time we faxed them and mailed them and given our current year the IRS owed us tens of thousands of dollars that they then took from us do to our messed up taxes due to H&R Block that haven't even been reviewed yet because they're so backed up. Absolutely enraging experience. Taking money directly from my family due to nothing but laziness and incompetence. When we spoke with anyone who helped us with our our taxes afterwards and told them H&R Block was the company who filed for us, most of them laughed like it was common. Please go somewhere else. Please.

Great service here! Nice , friendly and very hospitable! I usually get my taxes done at Vacaville HR Block but my tax lady moved so I did it online with her and paid it. I wasn't able to access it to sign it and send it to my block so I stopped by here and instantly Sabrina sent me over to the Manager Brenda Lewis. She pulled up my account printed it up we signed and got it done. What great service! To top it they even served us some lumpia yum yum!!
