This is the third (and last time) I have used this service. Each time I was given the wrong tracking number and had to go back to get the right one. This last time she was training a young woman who did not know how to type (using one finger) and getting every line wrong. It took forever! I had two items that needed to be boxed that had prepaid labels and she charged me $9 for two used boxes!! WTH! And, I did not get a receipt for the items that were prepaid. From now on, I will go to the post office or the UPS Store. My advice, for what it is worth, save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not go in this store to mail anything. She really should not be in business.

Never opens on time. How do you have a business and you’re never on time? EVER!!! I come here because it’s convenient and it’s in my way back from dropping my kids off but I get here at 10:15 and she is never open. The sign says 10. If you can’t get here at ten then change your hours

This place is horrible it's supposed to open up at 10 it's 10:37 is still not open you don't see anyone inside no lights on plus I sent a very large cashiers check out through this place and the tracking number does not show up anywhere I called the post office they said they had no record of the tracking number either and I can't even go in to check because they have not opened up yet I do not recommend this place at all.

I've had a box here for nearly five years now and the very few mishaps having taken place aren't even worth mentioning. The proprietor has always been fair, helpful and honest with me and others. I've witnessed her advise a customer when her shipping cost seemed inappropriate so they may choose an alternate like the USPS. You don't see that often in a competitive business environment. Five stars for Goibg Postal

Thank you Alba! Talk about rock star service! She did some last-minute running around to help my son get a barong tagalog shirt for multicultural night at his school. Every other shipping place in the area said "we can't do that", but thank goodness I found this place.

I have been a client of this business for several years and have been pleased with every service I have ever required of them. Alba, her daughter and other family as well I have had the pleasure to meet through the years all are personable and quite interesting. Seeming quite goal oriented is my interpretation...thats why I say 'interesting'. If I could give a 6 star rating I would because I have personally witnessed the extra effort and regard for customer satisfaction put forth often resulting in late hours when they could have otherwise just let the S**T hit the fan. God Bless them all.

Tried to mail 2 bottles of champagne to S. Carolina, the rude lady charged me $42. Red-flag #1 She said 4 or 5 days to get there. She said shipper would be UPS. I had to sign two different documents stating the shipper of my package could handle the shipping, but neither document was UPS related. She got snippy when I asked about it. Red-flag #2 The last red-flag was when she threw my package into a pile of packages that she said has not shipped in days because her computer was down. Yet, stupidly, I was so glad to be done with "shipping" my package, I crossed my fingers and left. It wasn't till later I realized she gave me none of the documentation for myself. No receipt. I can tell you as of the time I'm writing this, it has been exactly 3 weeks, and my mother has never received the package. Phone calls to Goin' Postal have not been returned. This place is a scam.

Stolen mail. Mail traced to this location by post office, but never delivered bottle of supplements. This is the second time. The first time others with mail boxes and keys could open my mailbox with their keys. Two weeks of mail stolen, including bank info, before she changed the lock.
