The lady we dealt with was really nice and all our stuff was untouched. Prompt polite and honest. All you can really ask for in a tow company.

I was stranded on the side of CA-37 after dark, on a Sunday night, and after no response from AAA for over 2.5 hours, the CHP officer with me called for a tow truck. Roger from Gibb's towing responded in less than 20 mins. He had my big van hooked up and on its way home to SAcramento (75 miles away). He brought it right to my door at 11:30 pm and parked as I asked. I don't hesitate in recommending this company and its service.

These people are crooks, charging people exuberent fees on stolen cars, mid conversation after telling them that my car they had was stolen they said it didint matter and they would sue me for $3000 if i did not come down in person and release owner ship (of a stolen car in which i had given up ownership) i thoroughly beleive that these people work with car thieves to fence vehicles as well as the police.

Had a pretty bad accident, called up Gibbs Tow, and Roger was there in minutes to help us out! Hooked our truck up, swept up the debris and got us out of there safely, in about 5 minutes! Fast, courteous, professional and an all around great guy! Totally recommend this company!

How on earth can you guys sleep at night knowing that you're all stealing from people who just had a bad car accident? When my partner went there to pick up our stuff 2 days after the accident, they claimed that our stuff and car are not in there anymore! Little did they know that we've been tracking our daughter's iPad and it showed that they took and charged it and it's with them at that moment. When my partner told them that we are tracking it, they started making an excuse saying that they took it from the car with the rest of our stuff cause they felt bad since we have a daughter. When we went over our stuff that they put in a bag, A LOT OF THEM ARE MISSING! ALL OUR TOOLS, TRAVEL EQUIPMENTS, CHARGERS, BAGS, AND MORE! EVEN MY WATER BOTTLE IS TAKEN. Disgusting! They also went over ALL the paperworks that we had cause every thing's already out from the envelopes and bags! And how would you know that we have a daughter unless you went over our daughter's iPad??? Who gives you the right to go over our things???

These men were super nice to me and patient with me as I was in a car accident on Saturday and I could hardly walk with a fast pace! All of my things were there and I gave them cases of water for being super nice and helpful! They said I was very lucky to have walked away with the way my car was smashed in! But very nice guys for sure!
