Liz is probably the worst person for the job. I haven't seen her in her office once she is in her apartment smoking weed all day with random guys in and out. The Apartment complex was very peaceful until she refused to hire security allow her friends steal from the residents.

This place has been my home since 2001 and its one of the the more peaceful apartments in vallejo. Its clean, quiet, with a good mixture of residents from families, couples, college students, to seniors. Elizabeth is really friendly so any questions you have, just ask. The maintenance crew will be some of the most friendliest guys you'll meet, anything you need from plumbing to repairs and theyre pretty much on it. 5 stars.

The answering service person is very rude and brushes off the tenants' complaints! She always has an attitude and disregards any complaints. Their fast is taking ng your rent but slow in resolving problems! They even deny the crimes that have happened in the complex!!

I lived here for two years with my daughter and I loved it!! Elizabeth and the maintenance staff were always helpful and friendly. Compared to blue rock right across the street, rent is cheaper and because it's a smaller community, it's also safer. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. I really enjoyed my time there.

Well..might as well call here: EXTREMELY EXCELLENT ELIZABETH--what a breath of fresh air..I had just come from across the street..DO NOT GO TO BLUE ROCK VILLAGE STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY IF JUSTIN STILL WORKS THERE.. anyhow..I walked into the office..let's just call here 3E..she was extremely helpful and knowledgable..I've had many problems where I live.. Noise..and neighbors..maintenance issues..3E mentioned that I should take not of this. I'm not going to go to court..to much drama. So..THIS PLACE DOES NOT TAKE COSIGN..just thought I'd mention that. 3E..is the one that really knows her stuff..she wasn't just helpful..she was SUPER HELPFUL..just like a super hero..minus the cape and any flying powers...her powers apply to helping people in the office and so forth.. Thanks for saving the day for me 3E..maybe I can use your super powers in the future???

Love these apartments. The manager was sooo super nice. My mother lived here for the last 3 years and was sick and I dealt quite a bit with management and was there quite often. We never had a problem with neighbors or any break-ins. My daughter spent the weekend a lot and loved all the kids that lived around there. Whenever we had a question or problem management got right in it. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
