These guys are the biggest idiots in all Of the fork truck world. They will diagnose your truck wrong. Charge you hourly to do so. Then sell you the wrong part. Then charge you. Then leave your truck sitting broken and never return. They will never answer their phone. Drug addicted criminals. F*** this business.

The forklift at our shop was leaking some type of fluid all over the lift portion gears. I'm not the most mechanically inclined but my boss is and he had me look up some kind of mobile forklift repair. I found their website and sent them an email letting them know what was going on. Minutes later they have me a response to schedule our repair appointment next day. The mechanic showed up right on time. He worked his magic and it was even sprinkling outside. It was all fixed up in record time and surprisingly reasonably priced for this type of on site service. I will have their number on speed dial for any future bad things that may afflict our little heavy lifting green forklift.

We used to call this company all the time to service our forklift and JLG lift. They sent a guy over which mind you was hours late but anyways after hours of the guy being here could not give us a cause of failure to our lift...THEN charged us around $500 for what, oh drive time and no idea on what was wrong with our lift. We paid our invoice even though we felt like we were getting ripped off. We called again and see if we can get our crane fixed and Aaron decided to hang up on us, and would not even listen to us. WHAT CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Im very disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a set appointment for them to come look at two of our forklifts that weren't working. They had to reschedule it for another day, which was an inconvenience as we rely on the use of these lifts, however we agreed to the switch. When they finally came out, the mechanic spent hours tinkering at the lift, and never fixed it, nor did he find out what was wrong with it. All we got was a big bill, and still have two broken lifts. It was disappointing to have such a terrible experience, and we won't be calling them in the future.

My body shop recently visited by one of their managers (Aaron Williams) and I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and comprehensive catalog of tools and accessories. I was initially uninterested as we don't own a forklift, but Aaron was quick to build value in his company with a plethora of useful items for storage and day-to-day use. From office equipment to break room lockers, these guys have it all. Just goes to show you simply never know. Now they are my go-to before I call anyone else. Always happy to help out personally and promptly, Aaron is a rock star employee and a great contact. Ask for him specifically and you wont be disappointed!

Fast response time and very reliable. I spoke to a gentleman named Aaron and he was very easy to get a hold of for all my questions. The customer service I received was exactly how a business should be run. I will use them again for all my maintenance and future buying.

The company I work for distributes beer throughout the tri-county area. We have a huge warehouse centrally located with over 160 employees. More than half of them pack and load our trucks with cases and cases of beer. Recently I was asked to research forklift companies throughout California and look into purchasing a few. After a few attempts locally, I came across this company and was pleasantly surprised with ample service I received. I had so many questions and a young man by the name of Aaron was quick to answer them. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of service. We received our forklifts in no time and the operations manager was just as pleased. Thank you again you guys!!

They repair forklifts, Golf carts, Pallet jacks, high lifts, all types of equipment Forklift Mobile's mobile repair team is fast and highly skilled They guy i have always dealt with is an old hippie, mellow and easy going, really knows his stuff Prices are a little high, response time is short. Good people to call for heavy equipment repair
