My iPhone 12 pro max had been having some issues I was over looking but finally my screen went fully black with my phone on , still receiving calls and what not but just a black screen, I don't care for the phone too much given its a bit outdated but I FREAKED out since the information and memories in my phone were not backed up and are very important to me. I visited the shop since its the only shop in the area that could help me out after calling all phone repair shops on google and the owner Victor answered, I gave him the rundown on what happened and he quickly told me he could help!
