It’s a standard store. It’s pretty clean and organized. I’ve found it better to go after 4pm less crowded. I’ve never seen them with more than 2 cahiers.

This has become my go to place to stock up on cleaning supplies. Once you find the brand that you like, it's a great place to pick up specialty products that you really don't need to buy more than once or twice a year. I had remarked before that it's a bit iffy, whether or not you'd like a product. So here's a quick list of products that I like. The spa liquid soaps. The large refill size is a good bargain. I find the small dispensers they're pretty much just charging you for the dispenser. It's still cheaper when Costco has a coupon but this will do while you're waiting. The gold liquid smells like Dial soap and cleans well. I like some of the specialized laundry products. Things like cleaning vinegar for whitening. The blue liquid called Window Clean is in acceptable substitute for Windex. You need to use a little bit more product to clean something than Windex. But you don't get the strong ammonia smell from Windex. It did a nice job on my dirty mirrors, which were grimy and covered with oily fingerprints. The cleaner called Oxygen Orange works great as a general cleaner. But once again it is dilute. You need to give extra squirts to clean. There is faint orange scent. Once again it might be more economical to buy a large refill of a name brand and dilute. The housewares section does offer some decent cups and so forth. The hair elastics from Goody. Excellent price. The truth is it is cheaper to buy some of these products from Costco. For example, the cleaning products. Or the 4 gallon trash bags. However, I use so little, Costco would sell me a five year supply of the stuff. Things where I've had bad luck- a small stapler , unusable right from the get go.Better off buying this on Amazon from the name brand. Only three bucks and the staples fit! Some of the kitchen tools like the ladles and spatulas are made of flimsy plastic. The bend when loaded, melt under normal cooking conditions. Stay away. The citrus scented 4 gal trash bags. Extremely flimsy. Don't use for heavy loads or trash with sharp corners. Cleaning products like the Scotch sponges. Buy from Costco unless you don't want 18 sponges all at once. Readers- these work but they have heavy distortion around the edges. Nauseating. They work if you are meticulous about taking on/off as needed. Otherwise the best quality readers I have come from an optometry shop and were custom ordered. The next best quality comes from Foster Grant. They have optical quality lenses. I find these less nauseating than optically distorted lenses when I move around. Costco sells 3 pairs of Foster Grant readers for less than $20.

Cashier overcharged me for 2 extra items I did not buy, I noticed and asked for refund. They returned me cash although I preferred to be it returned to card, and they had to charge me again for what I bought and returned previous wrong amount in a hole, which is pretty inconvenient to me personally. Plus, they did not even apologize to me and treated me not nicely as if I owe him something and it's my fault. Mistakes happen, but treat your customers nicely.

It's just a cheap shop. Everything is cheaper than anywhere else with many no name products.

Cashier was a b***** Needs customer service skills. Gave me a bag and said "here", raised her voice at me and asked me "how many bags" when she should have counted herself, then gave me my receipt and didn't say thank you or anything. This was at 10:20am on Dec 8.
