Called ahead of time regarding a tire purchase. They did not schedule an appointment, and told me to come by any time between 9am and 4pm. I came for my tires at 1:30pm the following business day and they refused to sell them.

Costco is amazing. We purchased an LG refrigerator on line, it was delivered within 2 days. The delivery team unpacked it, installed it beautifully in a tight spot in our kitchen and removed the old refrigerator within a very short time. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and courteous! Two and a half months have gone by and the LG refrigerator has not performed well, first the ice maker didn't work, then the water dispenser leaked and then the entire fridge stopped cooling. I tried to work with LG directly, but it was not a satisfactory response. I contacted Costco Customer Service and they were awesome!!!!! I have authorization to return the fridge to Costco and have a pick up scheduled for 3 days from now. Since I didn't want a straight across exchange for a new LG, I left it as a straight return. And of course I went on line and ordered another refrigerator from Costco.com, not an LG this time.I will forever be a fan and customer of Costo, they stand by their products and make it right every time with NO HASSLE,Thank you Costco!

This is a fine Costco. Parking lot isn't terrible, the gas line unfortunately is. Wish they would reroute the line to get it off the entrance street. Workers have been solid and staffing isn't too low, though long lines can form. Very small food court area. Wine selection is okay, definitely not as good as other Bay Area ones. All in all it's a-okay.

I visited the Vallejo, CA location when i was looking for the Pendelton Picnic Mat around the warehouse. I had asked the lady with eyeglasses and long black hair if she was available to help me. She said yes. I asked for her name and she said it was jacky. Instead of pointing to where the item would be she took the time to escort me to the product and told me good things about the item. I let her know i was thankful for her help, that everyone online was posting how popular it was and that they sell out fast at other locations. Im very happy with her customer service! Definitley went above and beyond to assist.

Out of 3 Costcos in Solano County, the Vallejo location wins in terms of item selection and eye exam price. I was able to get my eyes checked for $50 (Spring '22) on a Saturday afternoon. Shop til you drop then get your eyes examined! lolThis location offers items I don't normally see at the Fairfield and Vacaville stores. They offer more asian items like chinese sausage, dried squid, lumpia and canned milk tea boba. I found the Matcha Lindt here (when they were offering it) and egg roll cookies. There was even a section for Lunar New Year plants and treats. You can easily spend over $50 on snacks alone, which is what I did. It's a decent size store, not as big and spacious compared to other Costco's. I've been here a few times and each visit, it has been crowded. Items are pretty much well stocked and the store is organized. Samples are passed out here and there. I haven't ordered at the food court but it is small and limited seating. Self-check out is available for the introverted people to the far right side of the check out area. And farther down are the restrooms. In front of the check out registers is the optometrist and the eye center. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and on a Saturday at 4pm. The optometrist was gentle and nice and it was a quick visit. I didn't need my eyes dilated but if I needed to, it would've been an extra $20. From what I can recall, the Fairfield and Vacaville eye exams were between $69-80 so $49 was a pretty good deal and that was without insurance. I was able to get my rx and order glasses somewhere else. The Costco is located close to Best Buy, Red Lobster and Habit burger and there's plenty of parking to choose from. I haven't had a chance to get gas here since it always looks crazy busy. Overall, I appreciate this Costco. Check them out, you might find some unique items!

We love coming to this Costco weekly. Might as well call it Whole Paycheck. It's literally $300-$400 everytime we stop by here. It's a bit insance how much one can easily spend here.

This Costco has all the regular goods to stock your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer, but the gas prices here are constantly a few cents lower compared to other Costcos in nearby cities. Hey, all the pennies count when you commute!

I honestly would like to know what is the point of making an appointment if I had to wait 4 hours for a simple tire installation? I have an appointment 1pm I left early in my house to be on time after 1 hour I thought they started my car but unfortunately at 2:30pm my car still in the parking lot no apologies, no update whats going on! It's not about the fact of waiting but the inability to set realistic expectations as a client. I don’t mind waiting for how many hours if they have waiting area for customer but they don’t have waiting area to set comfortably the only waiting area they have is in the parking lot! My appointment was 1pm they started my car 3pm car done 4:45pm to be exact how poor is the service! I am very disappointed costco customer service very bad experience and unacceptable!

This is the best place to get gas when you need it in town. Make sure you know that you need gas and you have time to get it because the line is very long.

In stead of using a radio and calling costco security, why not just ask if i needed help finding something? My partner and i were waiting for the next shipment of ac units to come in. We had asked another costco employee about them and he said to just wait around for 20 minutes till they were brought up from the dock. So we waited and walked around the store for 15 or so minutes. Then i overheard this dude call on his radio to security (and described me). Most costco employees are quite respectful and friendly. This dude needs a basic customer service course. Also why wear a face mask when you are not gonna wear it correctly? Just dont wear it! So, I guess thats what it feels like to be racially profiled. However, a white tall overweight bald guy playing pokemon (in his 50's) generally doesnt fit any descriptions of danger or concern.

A smaller Costco doing its best with the space they've got. The store is clean and organized. Not too crowded except for weekends. Parking is ample but you'll probably have to walk. Every Costco has its own floor plan. This one is bizarre to me. I don't understand the logic behind putting the kitchen towels next to the bread aisle. Customer service is concentrated at the checkout. They have been prompt and eager to help. Just walk around looking lost and someone will be right over. The rest of the store's employees are busy stocking the shelves. From the inventory, this Costco is valiantly trying to cover the socioeconomic spectrum. Their products range from Ragu to Raos (an organic spaghetti sauce near and dear to the Whole Foodies). Compared to bigger Costcos they don't cover the Paleo/keto zone well. Nevertheless you won't starve even if you're a gluten free vegan. But the selection ain't the greatest even by Costco standards. Once you get away from the food we get to the wine. Now my former Costco was right next to Google headquarters. Google's legendary buffet was fueled by that Costco. So Vallejo's little Costco stacks up pretty well. No you won't find $19,000 whiskeys or $7000 sakes (Christmas special). But there is some right decent plonk and I wish I could drink it. Extending my spidey sense, I figure there aren't many Asians in Vallejo at least not compared to Mountain View. No funky junk food item which requires Asian family history to understand. The are plenty of crossover products like dumplings and ramen noodles even the lesser known styles. You won't starve but I can hear Mom wailing in the background cuz only a banana would accept this situation. The dry goods seem to be Costco normal. The biggest difference is the time products remain in stock, Items disappear faster. You can't sit on a decision for a month or two and expect to find it Overall I get why this Costco operates the way it does but I still pine for my former Costco.

Customer service is not the problem, it's the people they do buisness with. We bought a refrigerator online costco. And I guess G.E is the company they do buisness with. It wasn't delivered on the delivery date, and no call no text, no notifications. It was rescheduled and we waited the the whole day, and still no call no text no notifications. Its real sad and pathetic what this company puts people through. I don't recommend customers buying appliances here, cause ain't coming the date you are supposed to receive it. And they won't call you you or notify you either. Stay classy Costco.

I was just at Costco yesterday. Their barbecue ribs are so good. I should have asked them if they deliver because they sell some yummy salads, entrees, pastries and deserts. The Bolognese Ravioli's are killer. Good prices and large portions. Everything for Spring is there now. Lots of outdoor furniture, plants, sports equipment, summer clothes. I love Costco.
