This place is so confusing. Why are there signs for multiple lines at the food court but then they tell you that everyone is supposed to stay in a single line? All the employees are always extremely rude. You get a number for your order but then they are calling out numbers like they want you to come right up to the counter when you hear it. I did that and the employee looked at me like I was crazy. I said I thought I heard my number called and she made a face and said with an attitude that there's a line for a reason and I have to wait my turn... Okay..??? Maybe get better signage to make things clearer because there were three other people who were also confused.

I come here most Sunday mornings for gas. Whoever worked on Sunday, January 14th, should be fired. He/she refused to open the lanes and I waited more than 30 minutes for gas. I understand the diesel truck was present but Costco always has allowed vehicles to gas up when the diesel truck was filling the ground. Many cars turned around and so did I, as the wait was too long however, I returned a second time and the lanes still weren't open. The line was extremely long, into the street, and the worker would not open, clearly demonstrative of someone who doesn't care about their job or customer service!! It's Wednesday and I still need gas but I won't be going to Costco because it's too far and I am displeased with Sunday's lack of service.

New Chocolate Chip Cookies! Be aware of the packaging! It's open on two sides! We lost our cookies in the parking lot because we assumed it was only open on one side!

I am 15 years old and wanted to complain because my mom is a black woman and she had a horrible time going there because of the employees when my mom returned she said their was another black woman getting ready to leave she had her receipt ready and showed it to one of the employees the employee went through every item on her list but one thing wasn't on the receipt and it wasn't the woman fault because she had one of the workers scan her items for her and she just paid and my mom said it was a lot of things that the woman got my mom also the woman was in the union and my mom said just by looking at the woman she was well educated I don't know the name of the worker but something similar like this happened to my mom a long time ago I can only give a description of the worker she is Asian shot and have glasses on and when my mom and the woman were walking out the store another worker said you can just go my mom heard what he said and confronted him about it I am proud of my mom doing that If Costco is reading this I just want you to hire better people that is not racist and not rude that is all I ask forThank you other people for reading this

Sad thing is I came to this Vallejo California Costco and get attacked in the parking lot before I could even get in the store by this women and her boyfriend. The women and I get into a physical fight not only is Costco employee's around but so is there security. The girl husband is yelling at the security telling them " don't do nothing let them fight this b**** let them fight. After a good few minutes they finally pepper spray us to break up the fight. Costco did nothing about the incident, I asked for them to call the police for an ambulance since they pepper sprayed me and never called me back just to tell me how this situation was going to be handled. Costco won't help me find the vehicle off their cameras unless I get a police report .Here we are today and the reason of this long review is because sad ass Vallejo PD can't ever show up when a crime or anything occurs. I called that night no police but finally today they call me back not show up to my house to take pictures but just a phone call to inform me they will not be giving me an police report but just an incident report not only that but that the camera video at Costco if Costco had any is now probably washed off of Costco's cloud because they don't keep video for over so long. Mind you it's only been a week. I'm highly disappointed since they can't find the person who attacked me to suspend their membership, I will not longer be shopping here. Since Costco doesn't have the common courtesy to give a phone call. Im literally shocked. Thank you Costco

The Korean Beef Bulgogi purchased 9/11/23 from the Vallejo store deli was way too sweet. If you want to cut down on your sugar... this is not the dish for you. However, if it wasn't so sweet, The texture of the beef is very soft and it would make great sliders in those Hawaiian sweet rolls. I hope they revise the recipe to make it more palatable.

Costco is great! This one isn't so crowded like the ones around the Bay - Richmond, SF, San Leandro. Weekdays are less busy but still full parking lots after 5pm.

I have to leave a review for Dan the man! Let me just clarify I never leave reviews for Costco but this so cal gal just had too. I went in for some food supply as I was vacationing around the area for the week. I called Costco ahead of time to make sure a specific item (keto granola) was in stock and sure enough they said they had 300 in stock. As I go through every aisle, the item was nowhere to be found. As I was looking for a Costco employee, I crossed paths with Dan. Usually, employees say, if it's not out there we don't have any or, it's in the back but won't be put out until another day. BUT! Dan went above and beyond for us! He first double checked the aisles, then looked at the computer to confirm they had the item. He didn't stop there. He figures it was up on the shelves and within 10 minutes he brought it down and gave us what we were looking for! This did not go unnoticed and I am extremely appreciative for his help! Dan, again, thank you so much for helping us ! You make Costco a better place!

This review is for the tire center. I arrived for my 2 o'clock appointment on a Tuesday and was greeted by the manager Jared Pickett. He could not find my appointment, but said he could get me in. it would be an hour and a half to check which tire was low and what the problem was . He also let me know that sometimes the indicator lights just stay on. Hmm, hadn't heard that before. I came back at 3:15. No one had looked at the car until I requested they check. Jared finally came out at 3:30 said it's a nail and fixing it now . Ralph and asked me if I'd like to pay the $19 to fix the flat while I waited for it to come out front, I reply it's a Costco tire, this sign says you fix it for free . I asked Ralph how much longer. He said it is gonna be at least 20 minutes , these things take time. Its 4:30pm , Typical experience for a female at any type of car repair place. Would have expected better from Costco.

Costco is amazing. We purchased an LG refrigerator on line, it was delivered within 2 days. The delivery team unpacked it, installed it beautifully in a tight spot in our kitchen and removed the old refrigerator within a very short time. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and courteous! Two and a half months have gone by and the LG refrigerator has not performed well, first the ice maker didn't work, then the water dispenser leaked and then the entire fridge stopped cooling. I tried to work with LG directly, but it was not a satisfactory response. I contacted Costco Customer Service and they were awesome!!!!! I have authorization to return the fridge to Costco and have a pick up scheduled for 3 days from now. Since I didn't want a straight across exchange for a new LG, I left it as a straight return. And of course I went on line and ordered another refrigerator from Costco.com, not an LG this time.I will forever be a fan and customer of Costo, they stand by their products and make it right every time with NO HASSLE,Thank you Costco!

This is a fine Costco. Parking lot isn't terrible, the gas line unfortunately is. Wish they would reroute the line to get it off the entrance street. Workers have been solid and staffing isn't too low, though long lines can form. Very small food court area. Wine selection is okay, definitely not as good as other Bay Area ones. All in all it's a-okay.

How do you buy food from Costco w/o wasting almost everything? And what about all those cool new foods that is sold in the handy two gallon tub? This is Part Two of grocery shopping at Costco, see my earlier update for part one.The trick to buying fresh foods from Costco is in the timing. When I started I'd buy everything I needed and more for the next 1 1/2 weeks. I'd go home with about $120 worth of food. Problem was even if I managed to cook everything, I couldn't eat it. So I'd frantically freeze everything both cooked and raw. Then because I was sick of the stuff in the fridge I'd go and buy a new batch and start the cycle again. Eventually I figured out, some vegetables were safe choices from Costco but others had to come from somewhere else. Costco veggies are bland/staple veggies that I can toss into anything: onions, spinach, garlic, mushrooms, peppers etc...I also had to change my idea of staples that I always kept around: right now I've trimmed it down to onions and garlic. Others like carrots, celery, potatos, parsley and cilantro are no longer staples and I'm better off buying a few at a time from a regular market. These days I try buy only what I need for the next cook. Except for 2-3 items, I avoid stocking up too. After all, I can always pick up more in 3-4 days. Pre-Costco, I would shop about 1-2 per week, so my timing hasn't changed that much.Since I was unable to shop for about 2.5 weeks, this is an exceptionally large amount of food. (note, I am single). You can get prices off the receipt. I usually stick to the ONE rule (one meat, one diary, one veggie, one fruit, etc) but since the fridge is empty....Breakfast-yogurt, keto granola, fruit Snacks- crackers, fruitDinner-broccoli, chili, chicken, fruitItems1 tub kirkland greek yogurtKeto granolaalmond crackers1 bag fresh broccoli (Not a safe choice, I'll probably freeze it)1 bag plums1 bunch org. bananas (more freezing)1 bag frozen strawberries1 bag frozen berry mix1 tub beef chili1 six pack of chicken thighs (freeze)1 tub tomato medleyMy goal is to never freeze things unless that was the plan. I'd say I overdid the broccoli and the banana. Most likely they will be frozen but since the freezer is empty it's more than fine. Does this mean I'm eating these foods continuously until I run out and buy a different group of foods?Well, it sure does help. But I do have a basic rotation of recipes for my standard Costco perishables. For example, the broccoli can go into a salad, a chicken soup, and I like to throw it into that box of chili or a chicken stir fry or freeze. The biggest mistake I used to make when I first started was buying something with only one thing in mind. you really do need 2-3 options Well, I think you've got the idea so let's talk about buying new food items from Costco.Short answer: I don't have a good answer. 1) Tasting - great if Costco offers a taste but I notice the tastings are heavily skewed towards (dare I say it?) high profit margin items. Plus they don't offer tastings of stuff that might be new to you. 2) find the item in a regular market and purchase there. This workes great, I used to do this but the item that broke me was only to be found at a Whole Foods. The little package cost more than the Costco version. Luckily, Whole Foods was offering a taste. What can I say? Blech. and I've never bothered to hunt down the more reasonable size again. 3) Find a reviewer who tastes stuff and hopefully their tastes and yours align. Youtube is overpopulated with people who are more than happy to define your tastes for you.4) Wait for a coupon, Locate a handy teenager just in case. Buy the item and eat it. The hit rate is not bad. About half the stuff is tasty, most of the rest is forgettable. The only item turned out to be horrid can be laid at Whole Foods' door.I mostly use method 4. I went through a bad spell where I had to adjust my diet. I ended up reading nutrition labels for a year hunting for foods I could tolerate. My shopping list was comple

I visited the Vallejo, CA location when i was looking for the Pendelton Picnic Mat around the warehouse. I had asked the lady with eyeglasses and long black hair if she was available to help me. She said yes. I asked for her name and she said it was jacky. Instead of pointing to where the item would be she took the time to escort me to the product and told me good things about the item. I let her know i was thankful for her help, that everyone online was posting how popular it was and that they sell out fast at other locations. Im very happy with her customer service! Definitley went above and beyond to assist.
