We bought this bed frame from them because we moved in to a new apartment. I was having bug bites problems and we found out that it was from the bed frame we got from them, not the new apartment. We went back to the store and asked if we could get a refund and return it or at least let us get something else, but they didn't want us to. It was horrible. I wish they should've at least done something to the issue. Just horrible, horrible experience

We needed furniture for our apartment and never thought we were getting "sham wowed." They told us $2300 for our "leather couch" but recently less then a year later and it's peeling. Also the recliner handle in the middle section just broke off. The "real wood" table got stained in one dinner. The handles on the dresser fell off and the rail was broken from regular use. When we called him he said that our wooden table was vinyl wood even though it was one of the only real wood tables in his store. Everything has broken or fell apart with in a regular family environment and we have a bitter taste in our mouth. I would never have bought half the furniture if I knew it was "vinyl leather" and "vinyl wood." I've never seen real leather peel like this. Pretty much all of his furniture is fake Chinese imports. I feel like taking him on Judge Judy. Literally everything in his store is a lie, don't buy if you plan on actually using the furniture.

If I could give no stars I would. This place has got to be the most unprofessional "business" . Me and my partner had went in looking for a bar bed frame because we only have a mattress no box or anything under which we explained to the hispano man when we entered the business. He on then kept trying to sell us bed frames that looked like they were from the wish app and just being sold 5x the price. He explained no sir we don't want anything fancy just something to get our mattress off of the floor. He then sold us a METAL BOX FRAME which he did not explain to us we needed the box for it. We come home, build it. The wheels are not even in the box. At this point we're like great he sold us the wrong item with missing pieces. We go back the very next day in the morning and we speak to this Asian lady who gives the worst type of attitude and not compassionate about our situation anyway. Tells us she could give us a refund but then goes on about how she has to take 25%. Me and my partner explain we don't need a refund we just want to exchange it for what we actually asked for. She says and I quote "You can come back tomorrow and talk to the manager" I then ask for the managers business card and she just gives me the business card for the actual building and doesn't even hand it to me she just throws it on the table. We ask if the person who sold us the bed frame was the manager she said "Yes." We waste our time again and go back to speak to this "Manager" which was the same Hispano man that sold us the bed frame that we didn't ask for. He opens the box and tells us he cannot refund because the wheels are missing. We tell him it did not come with wheels and to open another box to see for himself and he did not want to check. We go on explaining that the lady told us he is the manager and he can help. He gives this attitude on "well I don't know who said that" we explain to him who did and he says "I don't know her she was just freeballing it, come back tomorrow to talk to the owner" we then explain its unprofessional to sell items that you don't know about. If you don't know what you're selling get someone to help knowing that the customer buying that item will not get a refund or exchange. This place is rude and the homophobia was really in the air. We simply wanted a metal bed frame with the bars to put our mattress on. Never did we say "we have a box and a mattress" I don't know how many times we said "we ONLY have a mattress". There was a better way for this small business to go about it. There was no need for the Hispano male to be rude and a know it all and there was no need for the Asian elderly woman to be homophobic and obnoxious. I'm honestly the easiest person to get along with I've never had to encounter a rude disrespectful business like this.

Let me say something real quick about this place. I moved to Vallejo just last week, Cost Rite is located just 2 blocks away from my new place. In the process of moving my things over I thought I'd stop by this local shop instead of shopping at one of the big retails. But let me tell you, I could not have been more specific with this man. I told him I had a mattress, no box, just a mattress. I told him I needed THE BOX FRAME. So he gives me a box out the warehouse. I take it home, build it, just to find out it's the wrong thing. He gave me a frame to place a box on top of, BUT I DONT HAVE THE BOX. I'm like okay, I'll sleep on the floor tonight, exchange it tomorrow. I go back the next day and he's not there, an older asian woman tells me that HE is the manager and to come back and talk to HIM. So I sleep on the floor again. Okay. I go back the NEXT day, this man took no responsibility for giving me the wrong product, then he claimed that there were pieces missing when THERE WAS NOT. He then tells me to come back the next day to talk to the owner, (mind you, he wasn't even the manager. That woman lied to me just to not have to deal with me, f****** rude) anyway I ask what the point was of talking to the owner if he's just gonna tell me the same thing. THIS MAN AGREED WITH ME. So I'm like "So why in the hell are you gonna waist my time by telling me to come back???" I have never been so upset with a sales employee before. I work in customer service and when my customer tells me what they need I make sure to get them exactly that. This place waisted my time, my money, and my energy. I received better customer service at f****** Walmart than this place.

We bought a dining table set for 500 $ and it’s material falling apart in 4 months of use and not good quality stuff. The table had bubble on top so they are selling cheap wooden quality stuff not good customer service. Do not buy anything from this place.

I purchased over 2,000 something dollars on furniture and bought one item that was back ordered. The item that was back ordered I paid for in October 2020 and I was told it would come mid February. When February came I waited around for someone from cost rite Furnature to call me to let me know where my item was. I didn’t receive a call or notice so I took it upon myself to them called to get an eta on the item I purchased. I spoke with Jorge and he told me that my item is still on back order due to covid and it would not arrive until mid March. I was frustrated because I did not get a call from them notifying me of this change. I felt like they took my money and forgot about me! When mid March came around I called them to check on the status of my order and I was given the run around again, saying my item was still on back order and it wouldn’t arrive until mid April. So I waited until mid April. Mid April came and again I was told that my item is still on back order and it won’t arrive until May 2021, (mind you I purchased this item October 22nd 2020). I’m giving them one star because of their horrible customer service! when I ask them to deliver they told me no, since I lived 30min away and I would have to come pick it up ( it was a end table for my living-room but it still was expensive. plus my car isn’t that big ). I demanded a refund because they had no compassion and treat me horribly, like it was my fault. I understand it’s COVID but as a customer please give me the courtesy of 1) notifying me of delays and 2) being able to make me the customer happy when doing business. especially after spending over a thousand dollars on other items purchased also in October 2020 at their store. That’s how you bring continual customer to your store exceptional customer service! I will never go to them again after how I was treat.

Went into cost Rite today with my daughter just looking for one loveseat walked out with a tv stand and a sectional at a very good price. The sales associate Yum Yum was very helpful although she was not down our backs to purchase anything she gave me the same day delivery which I was really looking for an out of all the other furniture stores we went to they were the best customer service which is why we bought our furniture from there I will be back and I will be looking for Yum Yum to sell me more furniture good prices and good furniture J. D.

I walked in and Rene gave me the right amount of space, then offered to help. I explained what I was looking for and he understood right away, taking me to the exact sofa/loveseat I was hoping to find. Very pleasant fellow and nice to work with. Edited to add the delivery guys were great!!! I'd give them 5 stars on their own. Instead, they got a nice tip. Great place to shop.

This is a great store to visit. They have excellent customer service skills and are very informative. These folks are not just about collecting your coin. They offer great quality furniture for a very impressive/affordable price. They also offer same/next day delivery depending on availability. Yum Yum is the real MVP. Ask for her if you have any questions.
