This young dude they got working in there needs some extra training, or communication classes, because his customer service and comprehension is lacking.
I simply went in there to buy leafs and to tell this establishment about their defective product. I didn’t ask for a refund at all, yet this idiot kept mentioning “if you want a refund you should’ve brought it in the same day or called and told me”, I said I didn’t have time to do that , he responds and says “so it’s your fault”… I say “it’s my fault your item didn’t work?” He says “i check every item before I sell it”, I told him “you may usually, but what you did was check the item closest to you & then picked up the color I chose and did not check it”, he decided to argue and tell me “ no I always check it, you can just sit here and lie and tell me anything”, I told him “I don’t lie, and if you really think all that just check your cameras” he said “okay which exact day did you come in?” I said “I can come back with that exact information”, he got agitated and started aggressively pulling out all the other lighters and putting them on the counter trying to prove to me all the other lights work” I told him “that’s cool if those ones do, but mines didnt… it didn’t even have fuel in it when I took it home, so how could you have tested it out?” He then turns it around on me saying “well that’s your fault you shoundve checked it! Don’t you try on your shoes when you go to buy them? (Completely unrelated comparisons) and have nothing to do with him lying and saying he knows for a fact he checked it. Then goes to the other side of the store and fills up one of the lights, attempting to prove to me it works… but that’s not the one I bought. Nonetheless , he was completely unprofessional, argumentative, and lied about checking the item before selling it to me. He decided to argue for about 10mins, because he couldn’t accept accountability and was sure it was my fault… because I took it home. I just wanted to inform him he had some faulty items. Because even after attempting to fuel it myself, the fuel just ran all out as soon as I lit it, everytime

The best place to get your smokes can't get any better than this shop there were two gentlemen working at the shop one was a young Indian gentleman long brown hair seem to have a bit of an attitude no greeting as you come through the door he made me have a very uncomfortable feeling just showing up there but thank goodness there was another gentleman that came out from behind the the aisle that had all the cigarettes in the storage area I was so glad to see him because I had met him last year and he was so nice great happy a joy to speak with he asked me where I had drove from and I told him and we talked about other things he was a great listener then I made my purchase he had super smile his eyes sparkle when he spoke to you that's what I call Great customer service I left there feeling great so if you visit here at this shop look for a very tall gentleman he's got reddish orange hair I believe his eyes are green he's very friendly I only wished I would have got his name so I could call there before going to make sure he's there I would rather not do business with the other gentleman Teresa

I've been buying my Flums here and only here for the past 4 months. They go 2 for $35 here, pretty good as they're $20 each. No card charge. Five bucks is five bucks. The staff remember me and they're really friendly with all the customers. Really good vibes in there. Every visit is pleasant. But I've had multiple of my Flums die out or lose flavor within a day or two of buying them. These usually last me a week or two if I receive them as I supposed to. If I had to guess, it's probably because poor storage or delivery process? Excess heat severely messes with all vapes in terms of flavor and longevity, and Vallejo can get really hot. On hot days I imagine on the shelf or in the back the vapes can get really hot from the weather, and lose their battery life and flavor from the juice. Unfortunate, but something that's gotta be considered so I'm not wasting my money. I take really good care of my vapes, mostly things like not leaving them in the car and covering them up when I'm not using them. I've had Flums last more than 2 months when I need to bc I wanted to drop the flavor faster than I thought. So I know it's very unlikely to be me that's killing of my Flums within a day, when they usually last up to 2 weeks. Got friends who get their vapes in the peninsula, and their stuff is powerful flavor and hits good for 2-3 weeks. Love this place but fact is I'm wasting my money with my Flums dying out on the shelves of the store. Going to start checking out other places in Vallejo and hopefully find somewhere that is consistent in good quality stuff.

I gave it five stars, but this store carrys no cigars. Was disappointed because its so close to home. The place does smell really pleasant. Could have sat and sniffed for a while

They close early sometimes so make sure you call if you trying to catch them before they close. Do all that driving just to find that they closed would get you feeling some kinda way sometimes lol. But these by ppls they good folks in here
