Chase Banks charge $5.0 for wire transfers and another $5.0 if wire is not honored and gets redeposited into account. Why $5.0 why not $1.0 ?

The bank ATMs do not work properly. They do not accept my Chase bank card ever. I went into the bank and spoke with three different employees about the problem over months of this issue. The first said she would "submit a repair request" - still nothing happened. The second told me there was nothing on my record about it and she'd never heard of such a thing. I tried to make a deposit with her and she screwed that up by trying to deposit my cash into someone else's account apparently by accident. I caught the issue when she asked me to sign and I noticed the account number wasn't mine. The third person I spoke with told me it was clearly my card that was the problem not their ATM and they couldn't help me. He told me to call the number on the back of the card. I called Chase and they told me there was nothing wrong with my card and to just go to a different ATM. The ATM machines in Napa work perfectly fine with my card so I go there now.

I originally opened by business account with WAMU in Millbrae in 2003. I closed my business but kept my account opened. I have received the best service than and the excellence of service continues......

Sadly understaffed. 1-2 tellers and 1 banker for other needs that's appointment only. They don't answer their phones.

So it appears that this branch is extremely understaffed, and one could maybe even say improperly staffed?? On Friday afternoon, they only had 2 tellers (one which was stuck with some issue for at least an hour, which meant there was only ONE person that could help out clients). However, there were 3 bankers that I assume are for personal or home or something different, because they had their own desks. One was primarily guiding traffic, the others appeared to disappear once they finished with their clients. The bankers that I had interactions with were very nice and attentive and super helpful (which is why I'm giving the review 3 stars), but CHASE is failing these poor people because of course the masses are gonna pin the blame on them and not because they're understaffed

Epic lines on the weekend. Talking about in the ATM area. Every time. They need to hire more tellers or open on Sundays.

I love this bank. They have an excellent phone app that notifies me of all my account activity instantly. Hands down the best banking app I have ever had for iphone.
