a friend Won a truck at auction, photos showed the bed of the truck clean and empty, but when they brought the truck out on the day of retrieval, the bed of the truck was full of parts from many other vehicles. 5 plastic bumper covers, floor mats, trunk mats, bags of garbage, loose garbage, and misc other parts. Thid is a scam to get other people to pay for their trash disposal needs. When confronted about the full load of trash, they simply said that you're going to have take it with you and to contact the manager.

Had the worst experience with this company. My car was towed to their yard in Vallejo by my insurance company to be inspected for damage from an accident. They kept my BMW for 10 days and while there they managed to remove my Handicap license plates and deliberately destroyed my brand new BMW license frame holders (valued at $50 pair). They would not explain why they were destroyed and reused to give me the money to replace them. My car was finally towed to my repair shop without my license plates. Will be seeking compensation thru the BBB of California and looking into further legal action for holding my car for extended period of time, causing harm to my physical health. Being Handicap it's my only transportation and I had to cancel medical appointments due to their poor business practices. Don't use this company.

Worst copart I've ever been to. Waiting two hours even tho I had a appointment. Fork lift guy told me f*ck you I'm not gonna load you after I tried to get his attention because other people came after me and left before me.

My car was totaled in a bad accident. Luckily there were no serious injuries. I went here to retrieve some personal items. I had read all the terrible reviews and was expecting the worst. Roxanne was very helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I called early at 8:15 and she said they were empty and could help me right away. When I finally arrived at 10 they were busy. You must complete a short form on their website from the front door. They called me in 10 minutes. This is a big place. They requested my car be pulled and I waited out front. As I watched six cars pulled I was amazed. My car was brought out in about 30 minutes which I thought was good. I retrieved my items and returned to let them know I was done. Thank you for the good service Roxanne.

Forklift drivers don't work at all, they don't care how long you wait and that you have time frames. After I arrived they were just parked for 40 minutes

My car was stolen and wrecked and they ended up taking it to Copart. When I went to get my belongings out I had the best service with Nerda! She help me out a lot and I even had to come back and she assisted me with getting a few more things that I had forgotten. I will just say if you have to go there please ask for her she is the best!
