They are a scam keep away. if you’re a woman don’t go in the office with them because they will try to get in your face and threaten you trying to intimidate you as what the owners father did they will sell you a lemon or if they sell you a vehicle and there’s something wrong and you bring it to their attention. They will give you the runaround they hide important. vehicle history And when you try to bring up the problems that the vehicle is having they try to downplay it and laugh in your face They are very unprofessional and like to pick on women. These guys are so trash. They are scamming customers they sell lemons. hope the BAR shuts them down

No, I wasn't wrong, I went for the Nissan 370, apart from having many miles, in the end it was very expensive and if I want to return the car they take more than 90% downpayment

We purchased a 2011 Lexus RX450h with 128K miles on it from Eli and his sister about 2 years ago. We still love our SUV! No issues, no damages, minor maintenance was needed at the time of purchase but after completing all of the Lexus maintenance recommendations, this vehicle drives even better than before! Thank you folks, you guys have excellent customer service and we will be back for more vehicles when the time comes!!

Carosell was great from beginning to end! Eli made the process simple and pretty darn quick - no 2-3 hours sitting around while the salesman tries to sell you some add on. They have a great selection of cars at great prices. Highly recommend!

These two are amazing to work with! Our car buying experience was very pleasant. We arrived their dealership with our own financing and they helped make the process so smooth and headache free! And their vehicle selection on the lot was amazing. All very nice vehicles in great shape. We purchased our 2012 Mazda CX-9 GT and I absolutely love it. The quality in customer service matches the vehicles they sell too. They were also very considerate of the fact we drove 2 hours to do business with them. I truly appreciate that. I would definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend this dealership for your new used vehicle!

Good dealership to work with but buyer beware on the vehicles themselves. Had vehicle pre inspected by mechanic, they "disconnected" I mean let the battery die so it reset any check engine lights and also completely washed the engine. Lo and behold the check engine light comes on ~150 miles off the lot. Emissions codes

To complete a puzzle, you need all the right pieces. Carosell Motors had them... I was in the market for a vehicle, and after searching online for a particular vehicle, I found that Carosell Motors had one that I was interested in. From my initial phone call to inquire if the vehicle was still available for sale, I was answered on the phone with clarity and great phone persona by Eli. All my questions were answered with confidence, so I decided to make an appointment and check the car out. I arrived to Carosell Motors early for my appointment and was greeted by Michael initially, who was extremely comfortable with me looking over the car as I waited for Eli to arrive. Shortly after, Eli introduced himself and asked me if I wanted to take it for a drive. Without hesitation, he handed me the keys and said, enjoy. After the road test I came back and just said. "I'll take it". Eli went through all the paperwork and legal documents in detail, unrushed and willing to explain the fine print. Got the keys, paperwork, and that was it. Easy, smooth and a success. I will add a side note to anyone hesitant about purchasing a used car from Eli and family... A used car purchase is a gamble, with any car, new or used, anything can happen to it at any time, a day, month or year after you purchase it, something can and will happen to it, guarantee. I am an auto mechanic of 20+ years who owns my own auto repair shop, and naturally I inspected this vehicle with a fine toothed comb. I found nothing wrong with it. Furthermore by thumbing through the other cars on the lot, I can say they were all quality used cars. Thank You Eli and Family for taking care of not only myself, but others in the market for a used car.

Buying a car can be stressful, let alone during Covid. I called ahead and asked about the process due to the pandemic. They carefully explained the process over the phone and actually followed through on their words. Upon arriving, the car was ready, and the sanitization occurred in front of me. They appear to be genuinely concerned about their safety as well as their customers’.I also noticed that they appeared to be related and I was correct, turned out they’re a family of 3 running a small operation. Everything appeared to be straightforward with no red flags. The car has been great so far and I’m happy with it. I will be taking a look at their inventory first, for my next car purchase. Cheers!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a Car with cash paid $16000 Cash !! Two days later my car breaks down I can't drive it . I call the owner his names starts with E (wide hips) to see if he can help and he goes on and on about a warranty that I didn't get. Remind you it's only been two days since I paid 16,000 cash for a car He does nothing to help situation and the electrical problem I had with my car is intermittent and happens only sometimes. I was wondering why this car I wanted had not been sold yet and was sitting for so long !! Now I know . Shame on this shady car Dealership!! Please go Elsewhere you don't want to be like me and end up with BS car from this Raggedy Lot!! It's clear that this dealership is not doing well and tries to get over on buyers with cars they know have issues. Not to mention I paid an extra 2500 for my title of my car and it's been two months haven't received anything This place is SHADY ALL AROUND!! And I've waited over two months to write this review to see if the dealership will rectify the situation and see if my paper work will come in the mail....Nothing and I feel robbed and bambozled. MY CAR PROBLEM COST ME AN Additional 5k !! BEWARE!! DONT BUY HERE!!

I have been car shopping before. Every dealership is the same. An over eager, fast talking, wheeler and dealer. I did not have this experience at CarOsell, thank goodness! Eli, and his sister Eliana, have been speaking to me daily. Politely and patiently answering all of my questions. Covid and my work schedule have also stretched out the process. I had my eye on a particular car. After test driving it I decided it was a great car, but not MY car. So, I called Eli and told him I was sorry for wasting his time. Not only was he understanding, he graciously gave me some helpful tips and kindly asked if he could be in touch regarding future cars they receive that might be more up my alley. Of course I said yes, because at the end of the day, I'd much rather support a family run business with people that have their customers' best interest at heart. THIS is the type of dealership you gladly spend your hard earned money at!
