Harbor Freight has come a long way from bargain-basement tools to quality tools at reasonable prices. They sell toolboxes that excel at a great price. Their torx sockets are high quality and don't distort with higher torque. I could go on... This store is a gem. They have great customer assistance, and the lines are never that bad, unlike other HF stores. The manager actually works the floor and exudes knowledge about the inventory. Employees share the attributes.

Each of these store I run into are smaller and smaller. This is the smallest one yet. It's also the most organized. It's not dark inside like some of the others. It is an interesting addition to what was clearly once a dying strip mall. We were on our way to Lowes when my husband saw this spot and wanted to stop. He found only 1/2 of what he was looking for. But the woman working there knew where the item was to be located and while I couldn't find it, I didn't mind the trip. The security guard watched my husband's newly purchased items while he joined me in the search for what he was looking for which was very nice. It's weird because after visiting the store in San Rafael ages ago and making a big purchase, my husband said that everything he bought was cheap and complained. And yet, like a lemming running to a ledge, every time we see one of these he wants to stop. I still don't know why. But, I think he's more careful about his purchases which means that he's learned something.

clerk was very nice and helpful. price signs don't match up with displays. man went to check if something was in stock and never came back. we were left waiting for 15 minutes before we went up frint to find him sitting there. he had no intention of coming back to us. Then he trued to gaslight us.

We came in today in the afternoon looking to purchase moving blankets and a dolly ! I came across this amazing employee named Quilla ! She was friendly , greeted me with a smile and even went above and beyond to try and help us locate the items we were looking to purchase - unfortunately you did not have these items in stock but I do have to say I wish all people were as great as quilla - what a amazing human being she is and when I come back I'm looking for her as she gives excellent guest service ! I highly recommend this business - great customer service is utmost important to me - again I highly recommend this store

Cheapest lowest grade quality tools money can buy. They don't even have good prices like that anymore and the team members are rude. Literally watched the cashier add a restock fee to the trash air compressor I bought and didn't even use. The machine was faulty and loud and did not do what it said it was supposed to do. Faulty everything. Then to add the restock fee at will because the box was opened? $12 for you guys to tape up a useless product and throw it on the shelf for the next unknowing customer to buy. Smh, chimmy terrible business practices and ethics. They literally sell garbage. I would advise anyone to avoid there machine equipment especially. It's so defective it could hurt or possibly kill someone.

I love harbor freight but I would never go back to this location. I was there with my son and watch an employee yelling at a customer, I was shocked at what I was seeing my 4 year old who loves going to the tool store said he was scared and wanted to leave. As we where checking out I was listening to another employee lying to a customer. I am in the customer service business and would recommend management look into this location, the concord store and the Fairfield locations are great but I would stay away from this location.

Great prices and selection. The hours of operation suck. They open too late and close too early. I got here at 8:30 AM on Sunday, and watched dozens of people come and go when realizing store was still closed. Here's a bright idea: Open earlier on the weekend, people are up early doing things around the home and garage and this would definitely bring plenty of business.

They always have what I need for my house and an able to run in and out without having to go to a big store like Hone Depot! The staff was always friendly and could point me in the direction of whatever i need. Always have good deals as well! Social distancing precautions are taken.

I had a horrible experience today. I came in tonight at 8:14 pm inquiring about a tarp for a party I'm throwing on Sunday. I was with my daughter's father and my two year old daughter. When my daughters dad found an associate she told him to hold on and i assume got the store manager her name is angela, i took a photo of her. That was the lady that i had a problem with. She greeted us very aggressive, rude angry. We were unaware that the store had closed due to the front door being open. We also noticed a lady at the front counter, a few others gentlemen in the front of the store. Well angela was upset and kept saying we had to leave because the store was closed and she was being extremely rude to the point were she bumped into me!!!! That's unacceptable! I understand why she was upset, as a manager she should've insured the store was locked down. But to push a customer that doesn't live in this city, & doesn't shop at your business is wrong. I'll find the pic of her and update my review later.

Agrielle was rude when I asked where the gloves are, when I get there there are empty shelves w/ signs that gloves have been donated to healthcare workers. She could've informed me of this and saved the attitude she had for someone else. Upon exiting the store I hear her telling a coworker at the register about how customers need to learn to read & don't ask her d*** questions. I have chose to never shop here again. Plus they have answer the phone anyways

Called numerous times to check availability on a particular item as my local store did not have it in stock. My call was never answered and when I called another location the employee informed me that this location is by far the worst in regards to customer service and they NEVER answer the phone. Bad business practice.

Used to be a good place to buy cheap tools at a great price, but for last several weeks it has been terrible. The store is mostly empty, pretty much everything is out-of-stock, helpless employees can't really do anything to assist customers. Something is seriously wrong with their supply chain, that I hope they will resolve soon before people decide to permanently abandon this store. If you e-mail HF customer service, don't expect a response. I'm still waiting for a response to my e-mail from a week ago. I ordered few things online, and haven't gotten any shipping/update notification on that either. This business is going down the drain, what an embarrassment!
