So I just found out that if I try and come and pay 2 weeks early, that. Payoff dates remain the same, but instead of thoroughly explaining that, they go into a spiel about a loan you paid off already, then got an attitude while there at it. You gotta an attitude, I'ma keep one. Guy jumps in it like I'm in the wrong when other lady talking bout a loan I done paid off already, and he jumping in with his cape on, like chill bro, I know y'all gotta stick together, work environment whatnot, but some of y'all have no business working customer service. Mainly the lady that started w an attitude. Blessing the lady she wasn't there 5 stars customers service, so but the situation today 2. I definitely acted not so positive, but if someone talking about a loan u done paid off already, with an attitude, I'm on whatever u on. ??♀️.
