Just wanted to put a Good word regarding my experience here. Daniel (sp??) was exceptionally courteous and helped me with my purchase of a new phone together with the right plan for me. She was particularly knowledgeable and explained the differences between the offered plans. She also was kind enough to move my photos and contacts fro my old phone to the new one...to make a long story short I was extremely impressed by this experience.

Wasn't very impressed with the customer service. Not really rude, more like they didn't give a flying crap and I felt like I was unwelcome in the store.
