I come to this location every single day to make a deposit on my business account at the end of our business days. They are friendly and make things quick and easy for me. Every once in awhile there is a longer line- but going to the bank basically consists of waiting in line. So it is what it is

The customer service I experienced here today was extremely unprofessional.When I arrived, there were five people in the customer line.One persoon ahead of me in the business line already at the teller.After waiting in the business line for 20 minutes, I commented to the passing Asian man in the suit - manager looking. I let him know that I had been there longer than everybody else in the customer line and the business line.He said to me and...At this point, the business line had now had 5 people behind me.I said the manager looking man it's completely unfair that our line be kept waiting we were ahead of all the new people in the regular customer line.The man responds so... I will see what I can do and walks away. He did nothing. And you can tell he was making faces on the other side of the door to the tellers behind the customer's backs like scoffing at at me personally for my request to be served.After 5 minutes more when I finally got to the business teller. I commented how unfair it was to keep our line at a stand still, while the female employee next to him laughed at my complaint.He said he told her to help our line, but she ignored him.I believe this atitude is completely unprofessional.Not ok. Folks with business's should be served in the same timely manner as other account holders

I didn't even bother using the services at this bank. An elderly man wanted assistance with making a wire transfer, but was told he needed an appointment and to make the appointment he needed to do it on his computer at home. He looked so confused and wanted to have someone assist him or make the appointment for him. The bank employee was so unkind to him, and offered up nothing. It was sad to see such pathetic customer service. Then I saw the long line for the two tellers working. I was already fuming after I saw the way the man was treated. So I turned on my heal and left. Shame on you Bank of America.

Among one of my bank for over 40 years, had been a victim of ID theft thru ACH in several of my acts. That is the reason i opt online banking. I still consider BoA as my premier bank. Yesterday I was with a lady teller & noticed I was coughing & she offered me a bottle of water. That speak for a preferred member how they value their customers & thank you, you are an asset to BoA. Also Adrian S. is awesome. I seldom write reviews!

Its ok to wait in line and it’s understandable that short staffing is visible but to be treated horribly is not acceptable and i will name HER. The tellers name is yolly, i went to her and unfortunately to tell her what my business is for that day is she didnt even bother to say “hi, how are you?,welcome to Bank of America! During my transaction i tried to be polite but whenever i try to talk she abruptly started to talk also, cutting me off which is rude, she did it repeatedly but i choose to stay calm by the end of my transaction my experience is just disappointing and i just want to leave.finishing my business, she didnt even bother saying thank you, so i left the heck also,bad experience.got home doubled check my money and next thing is i am short on the cash she handed me i called the bank and followed up after few hours and they found what i lost and thankful for that but your coming in this branch make sure your ready to be helped by a rude teller this is only half of what else happened to that day

Bad customer service. Cannot help the client about a fraud happening in our account. We don't see any effort at all that they're for the clients. I won't go to this Bank of America. And I asked if they have a bathroom and one of the agent said no really all he has to say is sorry ma'am it's only for employees. So frustrated and disappointed.Please share this info to all your family and friends.
