I've had my 2024 Honda CR-V for about a month-and-a-half and love it. The purchasing process and taking care of trade-ins were done with relative ease in one morning, thanks mainly to our sales rep, Mike Trujillo. While the dealership is a little further away, have been doing business with Avery Greene Honda for going on 16 years, beginning with my 2008 Accord (regret giving it up but it was time) and have always had a good experience with the service department while returning for maintenance or repairs (which were minimal).

My husband and I were in the market for a new car to replace an old commuter. We needed to prioritize safety and value since this will be responsible for protecting our growing family. I was eyeing a hybrid and we decided to check out Honda. Honestly, the first dealership we went to, we didn't feel like we received as much attention and weren't able to ask our questions. We went to a second Honda dealership and took a few test drives, but the salesman wasn't really present and involved with us. We walked in to Avery Greene and Mike Trujillo had this different, very friendly energy about him. He made the whole shopping process a breeze. We got so excited about this car and he pointed out all the different features for us like a true pro. I was really picky about the color since this was such a big purchase for us, and Mike was very patient with us over the weeks. We never felt pressured or rushed to make our purchase and he truly seemed invested in us, our interests, and the happiness of our family. Were we nervous about buying our first family car? Of course. And we are so thankful to Mike for making this process as seamless and low-stress as possible. Also, shout out to Angel from Finance who was also very patient with us and answered each of our questions with care and detail.

Today we got a great deal on our lease for the Honda CR-V EX-L at Avery Greene! I have been going here for servicing for 5 years and decided to get a new lease at this location and I'm so glad I did. Josh and Jorge were amazing and provided us with great service! Overall, five out of five stars for professionalism, service, and quality!

Being a first time car owner for most people doesn't always go well but this location specifically made it super easy for me. I got a new Honda accord and it's perfect and the process went really smoothly. Before I came here I went to a different Honda and the experience there was not great but this location was great. Mike who did my paper work was really nice and was funny which made the experience even better and actually seemed like he was happy to sell the car and overall I had a great experience and I really recommend going here .

I came in and wanted to sell my car. Sales manager was Nick. It was an easy process. He was very accommodating and generous by giving me the price I wanted for my car. I would recommend Avery Greene Honda dealership if you wanted to buy or sell your car!

I wasn't pleased nor impressed with how the sales manager treated my daughter. Poor sales tactics. She was just asking for a quote on a CRV but wanted to do a credit background check and wanted to sign several different documents. I just want to pass on our experience and warn potential buyers of this dealership.

I had a poor experience buying a used car for a few reasons: 1) The gas tank was empty and I asked for a full tank of gas, but they claimed they couldn't do that for a used car. The e-battery was depleted too. They finally filled the tank, but then raised the sale price of the car by an amount that was equal to the fill up on gas! 2) They overcharged me on fees by a significant amount and had to issue a refund 3 weeks later. 3) The car charging equipment was not in the car on the day I returned. I asked for the car charger but they had to search for it, and wouldn't include it until the car deal was complete. I had to ask for it repeatedly. 4) The trunk cargo net that was inside the car the day I test drove it wasn't included in the car on the day I returned to purchase. They claimed I must've been mistaken, that it never existed. But I had connected and installed the cargo net the day before. Where did it go? 5) The competitive rate to finance the car wasn't competitive at all. I could finance the car the through my bank for 2.7% lower than the rate they offered. I wouldn't return or buy a car from them in the future.

I had a great experience at Avery Greene getting my first car. Huge thank you to Josh, Wayne, Jeff, and Mike for their great customer service as they went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase went smoothly and all my needs were met. They were knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about all of the features and functionalities of my new 2024 Honda Civic Sport. I highly recommend this dealership and I am so thankful for their help. If you're ever in the market to purchase a Honda, stop by Avery Greene and ask for Josh!

I walked on the lot to scope out the inventory and a few days later ended up getting the blue Honda Accord Hybrid that I have wanted. Every person I interacted with in the process was genuine and helpful. I would recommend buying from this dealership to anyone in the market for a Honda. I am glad I went with them. I recently visited Avery Greene Honda with my wife to explore vehicle options for our family. Our experience with, Jorge the sales representative, Jericho the Sales Manager, and Angel (finance) was truly outstanding. Their vast knowledge and patience truly made the entire process smooth and easy. Despite not finding the vehicle of choice at the location, they went out of their way to find the vehicle in neighboring dealerships which left us a lasting impression. They were quick to answer all questions, and presented us with all financial options available to us, showcasing their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. What sets them apart is their easy going approach, creating a comfortable and stress-free sales environment. Needless to say, we were happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend any one to visit them if they are in search of a vehicle.

If zero stars were possible, that's what they'd get. Avery Green uses a telemarketer to scam customers. here's the scam - they call you saying something like, 'we miss you and haven't seen you in a while',, and go on to say that they're offering 50% off any service. I say ok,, sign me up for an oil change. They book the appointment in the Honda system. I show up, and the service attendant says they have no record of such a promise. When you try to call the telemarketer back - number is dead. No supervisors available at this service department until 9 am,, so I had to leave. Be warned about this bait and switch tactic.

I am a single mom and was in need of a new car fast, my current one took its last breath after 334+ thousand miles on her! I had a Pilot and wanted another, I will swear by Honda till the day I die they are amazing cars! So, let me first say that I LOVED that when I pulled in I wasn't swarmed by salesman lol. When I went in with a budget and made my "dealer" aware, whose name is Trent(he is AMAZING) he stuck to it and was not trying to up sale me. I found the one I wanted and started the process, so in comes the finance guy-HE WAS AN ASS!!!! I wish I could remember his name, but he had a man bun i know for sure. I needed an extra $3,000 and he said the only bank that would do it(my credit is not great) had an 18+ interest rate!! But when he's explaining this to me he is talking as fast as an auctioneer, I kid you not! Then he tells me there is a 2 year, or 20,000 miles, warranty on the car. To good to be true right?! So I say how much extra is that, to which he says "oh it is included with the price".....um NO, it's an EXTRA $4,000!!!! I could go on but you get my drift, I have never bought from a dealership before and this was my first time purchasing my car with my own hard earned money!! Moral of the story is, Avery Greene Honda as a whole was fantastic, My salesman Trent was AMAZING and the GM Sean took care of the wrong that was done to me and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FINANCE GUY THERE WHO HAS A MAN BUN!!!!

Just purchased a new Honda Accord. This is my 3rd car purchased from Avery Greene and I highly recommend them. They are not high pressure sales, they are knowledgeable and just nice people all around, both in sales and maintenance dept, and parts. I especially want to praise Josh, who took me out to test drive the Accord and the CRV. I had narrowed it down to being interested in both cars, and he was able to answer all of my questions, was knowledgeable about both cars and really helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted, so I could make an informed decision. If you are looking for a Honda, I would highly recommend Avery Greene Honda, and Josh, Trent, Jericho we're absolutely great and funny too!
