I honestly thought Customer Service was long gone . Today, truly restored my faith in humanity and what Excellence in customer service should look like . I purchased my vehicle not from Honda of Vallejo but from Honda of Berkeley with the notion that every Honda was ran and operated by the same mission statement and ran by employees like Vallejo Honda . I was sadly mistaken and just 45 days later after purchasing my vehicle actually even the night of purchasing my vehicle the tire light was on . I scheduled an appointment not with Honda of Berkeley but Honda of Vallejo aka Avery Greene and was honestly the true reason why I even purchased a Honda at all was because I remembered the class act service Honda of Vallejo reflected and had literally left an impression in my heart. Today I left Avery Greene like 5 stars just isn't enough stars and man what a class act from the advisors down to the car wash crew . The entire company should start hosting seminars on how to be a class act staple Dealership . Way to go crew . Absolutely round of applause for being so top notch . U guys deserve standing ovation ......

Called after seeing an advertisement on line for 2.9 financing on CRV hybrid sports. Just what I was looking for. Called and spoke to Mike. Started to ask about the rate when he quickly said that the rebate was only for gas powered cars. I went back and looked up the ad and sure enough it was for hybrid sports. So in the first 15 seconds of the call we're already lying. Either the management or the salesman is deceptive or both. Pathetic!

Wayne Tarlton was very professional, knowledgeable, and experience in selling me my 2024 Honda Accord EX. This was my second purchase from this dealership. The whole finance team Jeff & Mike were also very experience with my financial needs to purchase my new vehicle after I totaled my last one and was dealing with insurance. They made the challenging transition seamless. They all were wonderful. They treated me very respectful, answered all my questions, and gave me a great deal. Was interested in a used 2919 Honda Passport with very low miles. Wife and I test drove the vehicle and then dealt with Mike Trujillo and eventually purchased the vehicle for a price we were very comfortable with. This is the 4th Honda we have purchased from this dealership over the years.

Mike was very kind, knowledgeable and just a great person to work with. He's one of the salesmen that's certified with the Costco Program which he is very good at explaining and breaking everything down. My experience purchasing a vehicle with him was very pleasant, painless and best of all fast!

Took my vehicle here for service. Everything seemed great until about 20 minutes after I dropped off my vehicle. I got a call from Avery Greene. I thought maybe there was an issue with my car so I answered. Big mistake. It turns out it's a sales guy telling me he "has people" that want to buy my car. (Such an old sales line. Try something else.) He then asks me if I'm interested in upgrading my vehicle. I told him no thanks and hung up. I can't believe the nerve of this place. Never have I ever experienced this type of treatment when I've gotten service at any other dealership. I gave no consent for their sales department to be calling me. Are they that hard up for a sale that they are stooping so low as to prey on customers using their service department? The service department was great but they've lost a customer due to this sales practice.

Wayne Tarlton was awesome with selling me my first car! He made the process so seamless and easy! Wayne didn't pressure me, we even came around closing time and he was so willing to help. Even found a car close by because I wanted a certain color! If you want a good deal on a car, go to Wayne Tarlton. Daniel also! He's the sales manager and helped me work out a great deal. It never felt like I had to do anything, Best duo ever! I had the best experience here after being at other dealerships and working with him was the best by far. 10/10.

Just wanted to share my last experience with the service department. I have never had bad experience in the past but thought this was worth sharing. I had an oil change on my vehicle and they performed a multi-point inspection. Upon receiving my vehicle after work was completed. I had noticed dirt oil on my front seats. They did clean it after I mentioned it. The worst part of this experience is after 5 days, I opened my hood and found the coolant cap was not put back. This could have overheated the radiator. I'm very thankful that it didn't. I called Avery Greene to let them know of what happened hoping it can be prevented for other customers. I left my name and phone number with the lady I spoke with and to notify the service advisor who assisted me. I never heard back from them but I just hope it doesn't happen to other customers because they might never open their hood and that would have been an expensive problem.

Ask for WAYNE (Gregory Wayne) this Guy in the photo below. I purchased my second Honda Accord from Wayne in the past 3 years. Why? Because he is the BEST. My wife and I first encounter with Wayne was in 2021, I was in dyer need of a vehicle. Of course it was a Saturday morning so I had some sweat pants and a t-shirt on, my wife as well. We both wear uniforms all week long for work and wanted to dress comfy as we searched for our new vehicle. Several salesmen walked right by us as if we were invincible, no one asked if we needed some assistance/ or maybe help with looking for a car, nothing. Then there was WAYNE, he walked out and instantly walked up to us and became our guy. Wayne knew everything there was to know about Honda Accords, he wasn't talking to us like a politician trying to score a vote. He spoke with us like we were people, he treated us like we were family. I drove off with a 2019 Honda Accord that day. Fast forward to Friday 4/19/24, I dropped my car off for an Oil Change. When I came back to get my car my wife had her eye on a new vehicle (Honda Pilot) and my eyes were on the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. Of course I asked for Wayne, but they said he was off work that he just left. Someone called Wayne and told him we were looking for him and guess what? Awesome Wayne turned around and came back to the car lot just for us. Customer service at its finest, because we all know once we are off work, there was no looking back . Wayne came back and helped us consider a possible buy. Welp, the next morning (yesterday) I returned and purchased that 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid with WAYNE with me every step of the way. It's good people like Wayne that makes this world a better place. Thank you Wayne for not treating us like the interracial gay couple that everyone else ignored our first time around, but by simply treating us like people. You matter to us, Thank you Wayne. P.S. Here's a tale of Mike and Mike. The two awesome gentlemen who helped us with our purchase. We bought a used 2019 honda hr-v sport awd. We were able to trade in our old 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid, towards our purchase! Mike Trujillo was the amazing salesman who made the car purchasing process, fun and easy! My daughter had been looking for a Fiat for some time. In our research we found that the best fit was the Fiat 500L Lounge. This dealership had the one we were looking for. Our sales person was Mike Trujillo who was super easy to work with. I am sure other people have experienced the sales pressure of buying a car. I have never had a good experience and was hesitant about it. What a different experience!! Mike was kind, no pressure, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. It was a great experience and I also want to give a shout out to Daniel Lopez for being so patient and making the process fun. Thank you Mike Trujillo for making my daughter's first car purchase so easy.

I want to start off by saying the customer service at this location not only has its personal touch it's appreciated. Customer service is rare now days not only did each and every one of the staff members at this location greet me they made it all so smooth and painless from Start to finish I was in and out of there in no time. I will recommend this dealership any day! Top tier I will definitely be coming back big thank you to DANIEL, JORGE, and MIKE! You guys are a true definition of phenomenal customer service you know what you guys are doing!!!! Best experience in buying a car! Mike Trujillo was very helpful and took the time to explain the new features of the Accord to our daughter. She drove home confidently with a huge smile on her face. Great service and price with minimal fuss! Go see Mike-a pleasure to work with!!!
