The staff at the Vallejo, Adm. Callaghan location was very helpful. We were greeted upon entry and after a few minutes of looking for an item, a staff approached and asked if we needed help. Way more helpful and clean than any other location in the area.

Worst experience ever. Don’t open when they say they do. Waited outside for half hour while the guy inside wouldn’t even acknowledge me. When finally got inside, terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went in today to get something checked in my car and I asked if the had the device to check my computer in my car and reset it but right when I asked he said we don't do that even though auto zone advertises they do check ups and help with your service

My battery was acting up the last few days and it was giving me a lot of stress. I dropped into autozone tonight and was in and out with my new battery installed! Kay helped me throughout the ordeal and did an awesome job putting in my new battery. I am so grateful! I was really worried I'd have trouble getting into work tomorrow but now I'm sure I'll make it. Thank you so much Kay for your awesome service! You are so kind!!!

Autozone at 2045 Springs rd would have to be the worst one I've ever been to. The employees are rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. The manager is slow, doesn't greet people, and has no sense of urgency to help people. Often times there can be a line and one person will be at the parts counter trying to manage 6 or more customers. They need to fire the whole staff and hire people who actually want to work no matter their pay grade. I will say the store is clean though. I have family members whom of which own shops in Vallejo who refuse to do business with this place because of the unprofessionalism of the employees. The guy with the dreads acts like he knows it all and when you bring up a point and prove him wrong, he just looks at you and doesn't apologize for his mistake. This is the place you go to when you don't feel like crossing the street to go to Orielly!! I've managed a parts counter before and I've never seen people so unprofessional managing to hold onto their jobs. Possibly if Autozone payed better, they wouldn't have to hire from the bottom of the barrel.

Ill give this location a 3star. The energy in store is low However I think it's because short staff. They may be tired? Anyway I WANT TO THANK YOUNG Oscar THERE. about the only person made me feel like it was life inside this location. Great attitude and and didn't blink to give a helping hand. MAYBE ILL GIVE 5 NEXT TIME BETTER ENERGY AND ATTITUDE LIKE OSCAR WILL GET YOU THAT 5 *

I was driving on 780 when my car started to studder. I pulled over and got a p301 code (cylinder 1). I limped the car to AutoZone and was able to buy plugs, coil, and tools necessary to fix the issue in the parking lot in about 30 min. Employees were extremely helpful. I got everything I needed and wasn't shafted on the prices. The female in particular (don't know her name) knew her job and how to help. Thanks for everything.
