“The forklift at our shop was leaking some type of fluid all over the lift portion gears. I'm not the most mechanically inclined but my boss is and he had me look up some kind of mobile forklift repair. I found their website and sent them an email letting them know what was going on. Minutes later they have me a response to schedule our repair appointment next day. The mechanic showed up right on time. He worked his magic and it was even sprinkling outside. It was all fixed up in record time and surprisingly reasonably priced for this type of on site service. I will have their number on speed dial for any future bad things that may afflict our little heavy lifting green forklift.”

“I just want to say Stanley is the “MAN”, he’s always professional and takes care of me. My last 2 visits, Stanley resolved my problems. The first visit was a cracked wheel ( pot hole)and I drove 3 miles on my run flat. My wheel and tire were covered by warranty and I replaced the other tire. Stanley recommended a wheel alignment and it needed it. My second visit was for my air conditioner not working and they discovered the compressor wasn’t engaging, so they needed to replace the compressor and a couple of seals. Finding a new compressor wasn’t normal, but they located one down south and had it delivered by FedEx. Everything is back to normal and now I am a very happy camper. Thanks Stanley for taking care of me”

They are so nice even with any questions I may have. I am totally thankful for all the help they provide me over the years and never take advantage of me with pricing, even though I am a female customer. The prices are always reasonable and fair. “Was disappointed in a dealership in Concord, I've used for a time for services. Lately, the last few times I was at that dealership; the service representatives there tried to sell me services and products I did not need and the prices for these alleged services and products, were shocking, to say the least! A good friend referred me to Norcal Tire and Auto Services and Collision in Vallejo ... I decided to go there and I was treated with the upmost respect and consideration. I even got a good deal on a set of tires, I needed so badly! What's more they topped off all the fluids my car needed as they gave my car a checkup on everything the dealership, I had gone to before, tried to sell me on. Found out, I didn't need those services. My SUV is only 5 years old! Anyway, from now on, I'll be going to Norcal Tire, Auto Servises and Collision! “The BIGGEST shout-out goes to Rocco Marcconi! I honestly had COMPLETLY lost any hope in dealerships. But I'm so glad that God got me to meet Special Finance Manager Rocco Marconni at Avery Greene Honda. Previously, my abusive ex-husband had COMPLETLY screwed up my credit, and even though i've been trying to build my credit, it's going with a speed of a snail. And within a span of 2 or 3 weeks, I had gone to at least 9 dealerships, and LITERALLY had no luck in getting approved ANYWHERE. I'm a single mother of 2 teen kids, and I have to commute pretty far for my work, and I needed a vehicle BAD! But Rocco worked his butt off and got me approved for....a....wait for it.....A 2019 AUDI Q5 PERMIUM?!! I mean, I've NEVER dreamt of getting driving an Audi!! But Rocco got me approved and made sure I have an EXTREMELY RELIABLE car, on top of that, he gave me SO MUCH good advice about fixing my credit. I can not thank him enough for doing this. I REALLY wish that good karma and good blessings surrounding him and his family. Because you will agree with me that you CAN NOT find people like Rocco Marcconi. I can not forget how much disappointed I was getting and was so disheartened and sad about not being able to get approved ANYWHERE. After meeting Rocco and how he put all he had to help people in a tough spot like me, it ALL MADE SENSE THEN, because God wanted me to find Rocco and wanted him to have the privilege of helping, instead of all other salespeople and dealerships, who just care about how much money they'll be making out of us.
