I walked into this location to pay my bill after a long day of work- none of the employees greeted me or even looked at me. I intended to use the kiosk because I had cash. I had never been to the store so I was looking around and when I finally found them tucked away towards the back, one of them was out of order- no problem. I began putting my info into the operable one and when I get to the part where I was supposed to put in my cash, I noticed that it did not accept cash. I then started looking around for someone to help me and/ or put my name on the walk- in list. No one looked up at me as there were 3 employees talking amongst themselves. I sat down waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes and nobody ever said anything to me so I eventually just left. I was highly irritated that I wasted so much time when I just simply wanted to pay my bill.

Thankfully, it wasn't too hard to call for billing support. For some strange reason, my mobile billing dashboard is not easily accessible from a desktop and there have always been problems just making simple updates that apply to both my home and mobile...I ended up overdrafting my bank account badly because the Autopay update I made on the desktop didn't extend the update to my mobile phone bill which is also through ATT. I wish they changed the way the billing dashboard is so this kind of stuff doesn't happen. It seems logical enough to update your account on a desktop and have it apply to your whole account, but apparently, that's just not how ATT wants to work. Also, the website and app have a very hard time loading on their standard internet package. Frustrating, but again, just happy I was able to call and get a very understanding billing support specialist on the phone.

Daniel, the associate at AT&T-Vallejo, California helped me with my concern about my cellphone & I liked his proffesionalism in doing his job, who answers all my questions & very satisfied getting the help that I need ??thank you, Daniel for doing an excellent job????

1 1/2 hours on the phone. 9 different reps and coaches. Cannot get them to take my payment. 30 years a customer, but am leaving.

Wow!! Received great customer service with integrity ? fast service, my advisor was Jennifer, she was very knowledgeable, and professional. I came to Pre-order and she also made sure I was getting the best for my money. She also helped with my account that had an insurance issue.Thanks Jennifer!

I'm really happy with the customer service at this store and the knowledge each rep has about the devices. I came in at 6 pm (one hour before close) to possibly upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15 pro. No appointment. They had everything I needed and asked me all the right questions. Sergio was really helpful. He gave me price differences if I were to buy the phone outright vs upgrading. As far as accessoires goes, he didn't upsell me but gave me what I needed. Such as just the block for the usb c cable. He asked what car I had to know if I needed anything else, but I told him it's already equipped with a wireless pad and usb c ports. Got the phone and he provided me with easy instructions in what to do when I go home and how to start transferring my data and activate it. Came back next morning to give them my old iPhone 12 Pro since I decided to do the upgrade program for 3 years. Daniel was with a customer but he excused himself to get me checked in. I waited less than 5 minutes or so. Again, I was a walk- in. He easily helped me complete the transfer as I gave him my old phone. He went above and beyond and also helped me pair my Apple Watch since I was having issues. And again went above and beyond to adhere my screen protector on my phone. Overall most of the reps I encountered there were very customer service oriented and friendly. I give them an A++

Be careful of sales guys. They will sell you plans with false promises and your bills will change somewhere in the middle of contract period. Big time scammers. And ATT customer support will NOT help. They don't even understand their own system design.

James is the best store service representative I have ever encountered. He never made me feel rush, made sure I was getting my best services, and extremely knowledgeable. I upgraded phones and all my home services ensuring that I also have the best protection. I bundled everything with upgrades to my plan and serves. I discontinued my Xfinity that is beyond subpar. Thank you James and ATT. I have been a long standing customer and could not have asked for more and the extreme patience ensuring that everything was in place.

I know it’s a while ago but this store has lousey service. My bf had a clerk install his SIM card. At this store the clerk didn’t help me transfer all the data to the new phone thus caused me alot of stress. I had heck of a time reinstalling the Hotmail app. It asked sooo many security questions like I was applying for the FBI. My bf had all his data reinstalled on his new phone in 20 minutes. He didn’t have to reinstall a single app, it appeared onhis new phone. Laziness? You tell me. Will not return to this store.

It was awhile ago. Went to purchase a new Apple SE. My bf had the clerk help him transfer his data which took only 20 minutes and the SIM card. He didn't need to reinstall a single app. When I went to this store the clerk didn't transfer the data so as a result I had to transfer ALL my apps and boy was it a pain in the butt. My Hotmail was sooo difficult to reinstall. Asked soooo many security questions like I was applying for the FBI. This isn't good service. Lazy? That's the perception I have of the salesman. Will not return.
