Lousy service. Booked a box to be shipped on Wednesday via online & was confirmed to be picked up by Thursday for i will be off work. Waited till past 2pm no one showed up, no email ETA confirmation & I had to call just to find out that there's no driver that day & will not show up at all. They wanted to pick it up Friday but I couldn't due to work so I rescheduled on Saturday pick up between 10am-12Noon. I waited & waited No one came. I had to call 3 different times just to find out that the driver will be coming from San Rafael so ETA is past 1:30pm or so. Seriously this company has no commitment on time management nor value customers time. It was my first time using sea cargo with this company & probably my last. I'm very very disappointed with the experienced I had to go through. No respect and value for customers time. Saying sorry for making people wait & wait doesn't cut it. It's time your management step & brush up on time management & meeting customers expectations.

I usually don't leave reviews to any establishment because I don't believe on it and I thought some are just bogus reviews or the good review is from the company itself.But I can not let go of this one. I wish review sites have options to give negative stars. We call them last week to set up a pick up for our box. They said they will pick up Sunday between 12nn-3pm, they even call us Saturday the day before to confirm the pick up. We cancel our plan just to make sure someone at home to wait for them. But one of their incompetent rep call us at 2pm on Sunday and saying that they can't pick it up and need to reschedule. Of course we will get upset. They call again later and telling us that they can reschedule for next day which is Monday between 4-6pm. I said ok that's fine. In short, I guess you all knew what happen. No one shows up for pick up and didn't even advise us that they will not pick it up anymore. ATLAS you are not the only shipping company. I wish your company goes in the drain with the rest of your incompetent employee. I work with the Filipino community, and I'll make sure that every Filipino I talked to will know how incompetent your company is.

So far, we have no bad experience with Atlas Shippers International. Nothing was missing in any of the boxes we sent since. But our experience doesn't guarantee of perfect performance from the company because we don't know the future.

Please note that the entrance to the warehouse on Pennsylvania St. is actually on Ford Al. between Pennsylvania and Maine St. Their complete address is 918C Pennsylvania St. I guess the warehouse is technically on Pennsylvania and is divided into A, B, C, and D but you can't get to 918C from the end of Pennsylvania. :)
