Don't trust their auction they are bidding on their own vehicles they will not disclose the real issues of the vehicles very dishonest business when it comes to the auction.

I observed this truck wheeling through town like it was a race car driver. I wouldn't want my car towed by somebody driving like that.

Arrowhead towing is the best towing company in Vallejo and throughout the Bay Area. They are there when you need them fast and reliable and especially thanks to Allison for a great customer service. If I had my own business, I would hire her in a heartbeat. Thank you.

This towing company towed our car which had a bunch of our important belongings in it at the time and when we finally got access to it to get our stuff back everything was ransacked and picked through and there was literally only junk left out of everything we had in there anything that was worth anything was gone. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do because we don't have proof of it being in the vehicle at the time and because we weren't present when it was towed. I Cant even explain how messed up and frustrating this is. But i'm here now to share my experience and hopefully somehow prevent it from happening to someone else. Wish I could give it ZERO STARS.

They auction cars at they different tow yard's but the person running it is cheating they customer's bidding on they own car in the auction very unprofessional if you ask me don't do business with them.

They are very slow and hardly answer there phone at the vallejo office,the girl told me she would have my paperwork ready for me to pick up. Friday I got there Monday and she didn't have anything ready.talked to a guy and he was looking at me like I was crazy.and I had to wait for him to do the paperwork.and the people there are not friendly and don't have good customer service .
