“It is well maintained and safe apartment. I like hot spas which is open year-round. Especially I like Hunter, the contact person very much. He is kind and nice, responds to email promptly, and most of all tries to help as hard as he can. I have been enjoying staying here.”

“My mother has been a resident at Valencia Terrace, Corona, CA for several years. The climate there in Southern California is wonderful, the grounds are so pleasant, and the staff is top notch. They have movies, music, games, and a pool. Her favorite activities are the brunches and barbecues.”
“These are great apartments in a great area close to highway, parks and recreation as well as local hospitals. They very appealing to the eye, gated, well maintained grounds and the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers that are extremely accommodating and friendly. They also have well maintained amenities such as a pool, hot tub and on an site laundry facility with mutiple washing and drying units.”

“This place is not the top of the line.the leaseing person is Roger he is amazing seeking that he does 4 jobs and only get paid for one so... I'll start their. The apartment we moved it to is a nice one bedroom hardwood floors and carpeting in the bed room rent here is fair for the bay area were the prices are going up by day but still on the outside it looks OK could be keep up a little better buy hey its a one person show with all said I couldn't be happier with the move.”
