My 15 1/2 year old cat was very ill. The Veterinarian, his assistant, and staff were so kind and caring. By the end of the day my cat was feeling better. Thank all of you at Animal Advocates Veterinarian! You are the best!

I take my cat to Animal Advocates Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Lui is very through in his examinations and extremely patient answering questions without making you feel rushed. The staff are very friendly and explain your bill in details. They also are very good about booking appointments to fit your schedule and ordering refill medications that are needed.

These people are amazing. Kind and care about your pets. I took my precious kitty in and they took such good care if her in her last hours. I also had them look after my little doggie she's 14 yrs old. I was so worried that she was in big trouble. They dug deep into what was wrong. No other vet ( shes seen 2 in past 10 yrs) none ran tests to see why she was having these problems. They were able to prescribe a medication to help her. If you want good care at a reasonable rate come here.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They charge for exams you don't need and can't be used at other vets. I called as I needed to get my kittens spayed/neutered. Was very straight forward about the need of the fix. The way this place works is they get you a partial quote, exam plus vaccines. At no time was I told the exam is only good if you use this place as your vet. They gave me a quote for the exam and vaccines and in front of the two assistants the vet told me a surgeon would reach out with a quote. So I ok the exam and vaccines. When I go to pay, they reiterate someone will call me with a surgical quote. I ask roughly how much it is and the lady said typically $800 or more. I declined the consultation thinking no problem I can go to one of the other much more affordable places. WRONG. No where in the county will take another exam from another veterinarian. When I first called back the lady said that's odd just try another place. I asked for a refund for the $140 exam for the both of them. She told me she would have a manager contact me. They never did. I called back asking for their records which had the shots. First email one cat had 5 pages of records, second cat one, with no vaccines. I called back asking why when they had the identical things done and the lady said oh because we didn't vaccinate one of them. I told her that's is incorrect as I paid for vaccines on both. She then sent me the correct information. Hopefully he really was vaccinated. I called back after no call from the manager only to hear they decided not to call since they don't feel a refund is necessary. I asked a simple question, what is the purpose of the exam? She responded to check their health for the surgery. I said exactly and you purposely didn't tell me a rough estimation when had I known it would have cost $1000 i would have declined. She also told me I am lying that I was told the surgeon would call me and that the vet himself told me this in front of his two other assistants. All I had been asking for is the $140 back for a useless exam so I can go to a more affordable place and pay the exam for them to be fixed.
