We had an amazing experience at Alexis Bridal. My daughter found her dream quinceañera dress. Everyone at the shop was super helpful. Dress for perfect and arrived with plenty of time for portraits. We also got the most beautiful crown ever. We can't wait for the big day! I'll post pictures after the event. This is your place for all your quince needs.

What horror of people who profit from people's dreams, I don't recommend it at all, they leave everything until the last minute so as not to give you time to look elsewhere and that is an abuse and apart from that everything is very expensive when you can buy everything on the internet with time and Everything was much cheaper, they made a tremendous move for my niece when she got married. The good thing is that she found another wedding dress somewhere else that was cheaper but she lost the money. It's a pity about people. Apart from that, they give you a price and then they come out with another one. I don't doubt that the stars are from the same family

There strait scammers. I was a chavelan for a friend’s 15th. The whole time we were there it was that we were going to “buy” the suits for 150. For all the three times we were there they were reassuring us that’s it’s bought.On the day we had to pay it was a rental for 150 a day. A DAY. If it was dirty, extra charge, if it was ruffed up, extra charge, if you return it a day late, 50 dollars… PER DAY. Don’t go with them there’s better places to go. I’m Fairfield there Cheeper and more trust worthy places.This isn’t the first time ether. My sister had done her dress here and they upcharged her dress by 200$ last minute. My cousin had her dress for her wedding dress done here and they gave her the wrong one and then had the audacity to charge her for the return and switch of the dress. When my cousin wanted to refund the dress they charged her to RETURN IT.As much as I wish I could recommend here as they have nice people here and amazing cloths there’s too much scamming going on here.People do yourself a service and don’t go here.

We had a major mishap with my daughters prom dress, and so we looked up Alrxiz bridal, and it happened to be close to home and my daughter went there. She was received with excellent customer service, and her dress ended up being buy far more beautiful than the ones we ordered. Thank you so much Alexis Bridal for helping my daughter when she visited your store and making sure her night was one to remember.

I came to this place for my daughters quinceañera. They did a great job! Everything was on time and turned out even better than we expected. Also, they are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This was honestly the worst place to start my daughters quince planing. January of last year we came to try on dresses and my daughter fell in love with a dress and I placed a deposit and it was ordered. I was told I would receive a discount for any other item pitched for her in store and that I would receive a phone call as to what time frame I'd be looking at for her dress to arrive. In February we came in with all her court to try on dresses. We found a dress had everyone measured and placed deposits. By the end of March I still had no update on dates for arrival of any of the dresses so I called in. I was told they had been trying to reach me because the dresses for the court where unavailable in all the sizes and I needed to come down and pick a few options. We did in fact take the 20 minute drive to pick 3 choices and where told my daughters dress would arrive in June and updated my phone number which they had correct. In June I called around mid June to find out my daughter dress had arrived and no one had called me. That same day we rushed for her to try it on for the first time. The lady did not want to be helping us and was almost annoyed that we where there none the less we were excited and the dress was not the dress I remember. It looked different and didn't have the cape when I asked about the cape the lady rolled her eyes and said this dress does not have a cape and I was mistaken and another lady "checked the back" and surprise surprise the cape was "at the bottom of the box. The dress was not put on my daughter correctly and looked as if it did not fit her the lady attending us suggested my daughter had lost to much weight since January and that's what was the issue. When I'm fact she didn't tie the corset correctly skipping loops and loose tied it. She pinned the straps for the alterations needed. The same day I asked about the courts dresses and they said they where there. They brought out these dresses we had never seen and where r even the correct color: they where rude at first said it was our choice and that no where in their system did it say who placed the order. We again picked 3 choices to have them order for a 3rd time hoping it would come in time and correct as we where getting close to the date. 6 weeks later I got a phone call that the dresses had made it and my daughters dress was altered. We came back had all the court try on dresses for alterations and finish paying them. My daughter dress on the other hand was altered wrong the only did one strap so again it had to be pined and altered. In September we finally were told the dress was ready and paid it off and brought it home. Just to put it on her for the pictures prior to the event to see the dress was still not altered correctly and the cape was definitely not to the dress it was not ironed and just shoved into the bag that definitely did not belong to the dress as you can tell because it was stuffed into any bag they had obviously. We where not completely told the truth about the discounts and even where denied discounts because the person buying the items did not mention to them it was for my daughter but they did because my daughter was sized for her ring and picked it out herself her aunt went without us to purchase it. Even one of the nicer lady's told us herself we had bad luck and a horrible experience at the store. I would not recommend anyone do business with them. The owner only comes out to help at the beginning and then leaves you to her rude ass staff that refuses to speak to you in English or makes faces at you if your Spanish is not perfect. Although the dress we got was beautiful I know it was not the one we picked and this whole situation made an already stressful event even more stressful

I went on January 10th to have them fix my earnings one was good and the other was silver .the gold one just needed to be fix the hook and the other just to put back the stone.I left them.because the lady told me the the person in charge of fixing it wasn't there, so I went the following week and they were close I went back again the following week and my earing were ready and guess how much they were charging $70.00 just to fix the hook and the other just to put back the stone I felt that was ripped off . The manager or owner told me that they add gold to both earnings which that was a BIG lie because silver won't stick on gold or vice versa. So I told her I was not paying for that and she ok I will leave it the way it was come back. I went back and they game the earnings but they stole gold form the one is gol . I will post the picture for you to see the difference between the good earing and the one they gave back. I do not recommend this place they want to get all the money that haven get since the pandemic in one single transaction. Not fare I wouldn't give them a single star, but I had to in order to review

Bought a dress there prior. Great experience!Went yesterday to try on dresses. I was told I couldn't try on dresses because of Covid-19. Her remedy was to measure me, find a dress I like, and order it. It was also nonrefundable. A dress needs to be tried on first!

I came here to buy my cousins quinceanera dress. It was a good experience everyone was nice and helpful. After some time we had to go back and try on the dress since we had decided to add a neck piece to it. The lady brought out a whole different dress! I mean when you are paying over 700 for a dress you expect to get the one you chose. She argued with me that I was in the wrong and that I didn't remember the dress. I had pictures of the one I ordered and she still continued to tell me I was wrong.I also bought accessories here and she did them all wrong, I didn't have time to get new ones so I kept them. She had told me the crown was included in the accessories package, and then she was like no I never said that. It was just too many things that went wrong and her not accepting her fault made it worse.Keep proof and receipts if you want to shop here.Overall if you chose to come to this place be very careful!
