I had a very positive experience here, I was able to get my registration renewed, add a person to my AAA account, and get an international driver's license in under 20 minutes total. Monica at the DMV desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, and unfortunately I don't know the name of the man who helped me with my international driver's license application but he was also really great! and I would definitely recommend this Branch to others.

This office needs to hire more staff to work on Saturdays. Most members go to AAA offices on Saturdays because DMV is closed and services are quicker at AAA. Not at the Vallejo AAA office. There should be 2 staff even 1 is on lunch. Very poor service at Vallejo AAA office.

Aunt is member of AAA which allows DMV renewals and it's the closet office to her home which made it easy to get too, just not the friendliest lady working on the right side of the DMV processing booth . Aunt turned 88 that day and the counter lady was not in the best mood which put me and my Aunt in a mood ... finished the process just need staff to have a better understanding of dealing with Elderly people do not bark orders and snipe when asked to repeat what was said .

To Whom It May Concern:I am writing this letter to thank AAAs Smart Home Security; Taia B, who so elegantly assisted me via telephone the morning of Monday, January 22, 2024, with my monthly billing.Had I not made the telephone call, a very unfortunate set of circumstances could have arisen; that could have almost caused me to become delinquent with my AAA Smart Home Security payments, and/or possibly would have forced me to cancel my account. I love the DMV desk service. Saves me so much time for any car registration tasks. I also love the roadside service assistance that comes with the AAA membership. I'll always keep this membership. Service is really pleasant at the AAA DMV compared to the actual DMV offices in my opinion. The yearly membership is worth it.

I was treated so respectfully as if I was the owner of the business. Kimberly knows her job and explained the importance of taking my time to complicate it correctly the first time. Questions must be answered and data has to be in the right place. The DMV form is a complicated document and you don't want to have to complete it twice. Kimberly explained the process of transferring my out of state registration and securing new license plates. I called the office before I arrived and was advised what documents I need to have in my possession BEFORE I arrived so I would have to come back for more visits. Amazing Customer Service and extremely professiona.. Linda Z.

Terrible customer service. No one comes in here because they want to. It's out of necessity and the least the staff can do is make it a tolerable experience for both their and our benefit. Avoid if you can.

I was fortunate enough to have Jennifer help me with some issues I was having with my new flip phone. She is amazing, and she does amazing work while being gracious and accommodating. And, she didn't make me feel like a dunce, which I admit that I sometimes am. Jennifer is the type of employee that a tech- type business needs to retain. Many techies really don't possess much tact or personality. Jennifer has gracious amounts of both. Give this talented, savvy young woman a raise!I've often wondered if these comments are ever read by anyone. How about letting me know if someone beside a robot read my comments. Thanks

Very good insurance.I needed policies for one month to insure my car. The requirements were to have a US license since at least 3 years, I came just with my 1 month license cuz I was arrived only a few month ago in the US territory. They accepted me with the proof of a 3 years experience in driving, even I was from an different country (in my case it was my international licence and my french licence).Highly recommended
