Second time purchasing a hat from here and customer service is top notch. For the second hat I wanted to surprise my husband with a hat but due to the large selection I didn't know which one to get and being indecisive doesn't help lol. The owner was so patient and gave me all the help and Info I needed from asking about the outfit, shoes his style etc to make sure I made the right decision. I picked one that I felt would fit the occasion and My husband loved it and looked great in it. Definitely will be our (or his) go to place for hats.

Bought my first authentic hat there on Saturday, after wearing ball caps for the past 25 years. I drove past this spot a month ago and have been wanting to stop in ever since. Cliff took good care of me, set me up right, and leveled up my hat game.

So I definitely needed a boss hat. I was looking on Amazon, looking online however especially if I was going to get an investment piece I knew that I wanted to be able to make sure that it was the perfect hat. The owner is so supportive and professional. I walked in and he was dressed to the nines in the middle of his shop which is covered in photos of the community. There are about 200 hats inside the store and he can definitely find you what you want. There's also great shoes and other accessories such as bowties etc. I walked out with a wool fedora that I will treasure for the rest of my life
